   Never had an issue using this pharmacy. They're really quick to dispense my meds, and if I've ever had to wait, it's no longer than 5mins. I often receive a text message to let me know when my meds are ready to be picked up when I electronically put in my prescription via my GPs online system. The manager who runs the Crown Pharmacy is also extremely friendly and helpful! There is free parking out front of the pharmacy with disabled parking included.

   I called Crown pharmacy to enquire about Flucelvax flu injection (egg free for anyone who leads a plant based diet like myself) unlike other calls I was dealt with promptly and spoke directly to someone who was knowledgeable and not dismissive about my request and offered an appointment the next day. On arrival Crown pharmacy staff member was welcoming and polite. I did not have to wait for long for Dilesh head pharmacist who was professional and administered the injection. I would highly recommend Crown pharmacy they are always willing to understand and help.

   Terrible customer service, take your prescription and ask if you’re waiting, you say yes they put it in a basket & say your waiting to the pharmacist, 10 mins later you ask if they have it in stock, they check, 10 mins later say they don’t have it and have to order it in. The next day you ring, they have it, ordered in, however no one can find the order, they then find and say it’ll be ready in 1mins. You go to collect it , say your name, they spend 10mins looking for it, they can’t find it, check again, another 10mins, they ask your name again and check the computer , another 10 mins they find it. Nothing is simple in ordering and collecting prescriptions in this pharmacy.
