   This pharmacy is located in the Hillview surgery building. It has every you would expect from a pharmacy and is conveniently located after a doctors appointment. Staff a friendly and knowledgable.

   I would like to provide some feedback regarding this surgery. I have consistently experienced timely appointments, and the standard of care has been exemplary. In particular, the nursing staff deserve special recognition. They are exceptionally caring, highly professional, and consistently go above and beyond in the support they provide to both myself and my son, who has special needs. My appointments are never rushed, and the staff take the time to discuss any concerns thoroughly. I am sincerely grateful for the outstanding care we continue to receive from the team. Love them all.

   Fantastic, in and out in less than 15 minutes for a pharmacy first appointment I booked online the day before. Got antibiotics without the fuss of the doctor telling me there are no appointments, being told to wait to see if it gets worse, speaking to the surgery reception (I know you know what I’m talking about here) The pharmacist was lovely. Highly recommend

   Always excellent service. All staff very helpful. Very convenient as its based in the GP service and any queries about medications can be resolved quicker between the pharmacy and GP receptionist. It will be very very sad to see it moved to another site or closed.

   Only person there that is useful is the young Romanian pharmacist (5* for her), rest is unqualified and not helpful: eating in the pharmacy, taking their sweet time to chat between them, they can't find you on the system, uncaring, unkind and rude. My prescription was signed off by a doctor immediately as it was an emergency and they were uncapable to find my meds, made me wait unnecessary even when I wasn't able to stand and in a lot of pain. Not professional at all, and ignorant. P.S. spare me of any idiotic respond to this review, anything would be written to make it look like it's ok to eat in the pharmacy or talk istead of work, when it's probably known exactly what's going on. You're paid too much for something you're pretending to have any knowledge of.

   The worst pharmacy rude staff and rude manager. They need to learn how to speak to people and how to handle difficult situations and not talk over and raise their voice! The manager was raising her voice and taking over me that I had to cut the phone, absolutely disgusting. They did not get my mothers prescription ready on time and all they did was blame the gp doctors and said its not their responsibility and can't do anything about it. Luckily the gp was still opened and I spoke to a lovely gentleman who handled the issue and got the prescription ready for tomorrow morning. This pharmacy need to learn about empathy.

   there lucky even to get 1 star appalling service you get there you have to wait in the Que then you get others pushing in and then when you finally see them at the counter they make you wait another 10 mins
