   This has been my pharmacy for a long time now. I now live in battersea, but still prefer to pick up my Med from the Care pharmacy SW15. I always look forward for a visit not only because of the efficient service I receive and the medication I take home with me, but because of the warm welcome and high-spirited conversation we share as a community. Please keep up the good work and keep aiming at the highest of standards and community spirit. Farouk Abdi

   Man at the counter was very very rude and disrespectful to my parents keeping in mind my parents are only coming to get their medication that is essential, they struggle on a day to day basis because of their health and have a lot of struggle. They go to the pharmacy for support, as safe place of trust to go for help and assistance to put them out of pain. Gentlemen at the front should be considerate of the vulnerable people that enter the pharmacy. They also only give some of the medicines, they do not understand that if a patient does not get the medicine they require, it could be very detrimental for their health. I have contacted the local pharmacy council and have also contacted a solicitor, this man should not be a pharmacy as he makes the people of the community feel attacked and vulnerable in a place where they go for help and assistance.

   I changed to Care Chemist about a year ago after having so many issues with my prescriptions with a near by pharmacy. Care have always been 100% spot on with my prescriptions. They are friendly and actually want to help. I honestly couldn't recommend them enough. Thanks so much Care

   Lying, deceitful, unprofessional and uneducated people who sell medicines that are overpriced and without explaining their use and storage. It's good that thing that I was already aware. My fault to go to them before going around to other pharmacies for a price quote. Shameless behaviour with cost of living crisis. They should not be doing business with such behaviour, I hope they shut down soon!

   I've been using this pharmacy for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff are always very friendly and many times I've witnessed professional caring advice from the man behind the counter. One time he called the hospital for a lady who had some issues to get advice on what she needs to do. I have also witnessed rudeness from customers but the staff are always patient and simply do the best they can. I'm sure most people in our community of Roehampton are thankful for the work that care chemist do for us all

   The best pharmacy in SW15, I especially enjoy chatting with man behind the counter. He is always ready with a good joke and a smile to make my day better. After trying several pharmacy's in the area I'm really happy with this one. Always helpful and friendly staff.

   I totally agree with the many comments that call out the rude man working in this chemist. I purchased a water bottle today and asked for my receipt. He totally bit my head off for doing so! And what is even worse is that I then heard him sneering to another customer about it as I left the shop. All I did was ask for a receipt! I won't be shopping here ever again. Ultimately, it is going to be their loss and downfall when they treat customers so poorly.
