   I was recommended to buy some honey lozenges & later found out they were £8.99 for 6. They have done absolutely nothing. I also bought some linctus so wasn't aware of the price, but am disappointed the lozenges have done nothing. They are also available online for half the price.

   Barnes Pharmacy is where we get our families prescriptions delivered, and I would highly recommend them. My son has medication that other pharmacies don’t routinely have in stock, but they always do, which makes life so much easier. The pharmacists are so helpful and full of common sense, they have helped us diagnose minor ailments and efficiently get the correct treatment, avoiding a lengthy wait at a walk in clinic.

   Sam is an outstanding member of staff. He was helpful, compassionate and kind when I was trying to source emergency medication for my 5 year old son. Many pharmacies didn’t seem to ‘want the hassle’ as it wasn’t easy to organise but Sam took time to search, source it- give me instructions and order it. He is a credit to your pharmacy and I wish more HCPs were like him. We won’t forgot his care and will definitely recommend the pharmacy

   Update 27/01/23: I received contact from the owner along with him actually meeting me in person and a handwritten apology. The situation as he explained it was from a locum staff - I raised these may be down to training issues. But I must say there was a genuine apology and concern regarding my situation - for I very much appreciated. Phoned up just before Christmas to check if they had the right medication for my daughter. They checked her prescription that the Dr issued to be collected at any pharmacy should we need it in an emergency. They didn’t have what we needed. We went elsewhere that did and had to phone them back to ask them to close her records so the other pharmacy could access it. Last week I ordered a repeat prescription via the Superdrug app to be collected in Sheen, I went in to the pharmacy to find out why it was showing not approved only to be told barnes pharmacy had changed my daughters records to show them as the preferred pharmacy for dispensing!!! We NEVER requested this ever and it delayed us getting her medication. The pharmacist tried to offer delivery but I was in the pharmacy in sheen, I had to ask him to release the prescription and her preferred pharmacy back to Superdrug!!! Be very careful if you give them your details and don’t use this pharmacy regularly!

   Hi there, I am writing regarding Roushin service. We have a disabled boy and needs medical pretty much every week on Barnes Pharmacy. There is no other employee that I prefer to deal with than him. Such a polite and friendly person. He always fix the issues with our prescriptions with no time. He even call us fo remind us about a medication that We have missed. Just my disabled boy takes 7 differents medications.We only still use the services from the Pharmacy because of him.
