Great local Chemist. Staff very helpful & polite. Mr Panju is an excellent pharmacist & always helpful, kind & understanding. Would highly recommend using this Chemist if you have regular prescriptions from your GP.

AVOID this pharmacy! It’s actually scary that they have such a level of responsibility for people’s health when they have zero compassion. No responsibility taken on having to go FOUR different times and told my medication wasn’t there - although it was. I even came back from my trip early as I needed it and they did not acknowledge this. So rude and condescending on the phone and in person - even saying that maybe I or the other person didn’t take it (but collected the other medication) instead of taking accountability for the fact they incorrectly said it wasn’t there. After advising him multiple times that the correct and kind thing to do was apologise and not patronise me - he gave a half ‘sorry if you feel’ rather than accept the severity that side effects from withdrawals LITERALLY kill people. When I collected my medication he still didn’t admit his mistake or apologise in person and the woman says NOTHING unfortunately so I assume he calls the shots. She literally just stood there. I feel so sad for all those who don’t have capacity to stand up for themselves and have their medication and even their life in the hands of these people. I will be making a formal complaint as this isn’t the first time there has been issues that could truly harm. Take good care and avoid Dubison Pharmacy.

Tried to fleece me out of £11.40 (which is higher than the standard prescription charge) for an NHS 111 prescription despite being exempt from paying. The chap also hung up on my partner (who it was for) and NHS 111. Rude.
