   I went in yesterday 24/11/25 and was met by a young man that could not be bothered to give me two seconds attention or any reassurance on my son’s condition. The NHS website says to go to a pharmacy and see what they can offer to help ease the symptoms of HFMD, and I was not even told to give him paracetamol. It was repeated to me 3 times that it goes away on its own. I understand he may think I’m an annoying mum, but it really doesn’t take much to show a bit of compassion and take more that 30 seconds to dismiss me. I didn’t feel reassured at all, and left thinking I much prefer to take a bus and go elsewhere than to return there.

   Been a customer since the late 1990s. They are always super quick with my repeat prescriptions (via NHS app), have never got there to find it wasn’t ready. Also good ad-hoc advice on other issues, have also had my flu and COVID jabs there, never a problem.

   Cannot thank Kirby’s enough. Have had trouble with hearing many years. Apparently one ear was blocked full of wax. Other ear, half. Kirby’s with the help of me inserting olive oil, have remedied this problem. I have full hearing now. Absolutely over the moon ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

   I visited the pharmacy today 28/04/2025 to take a bag of prescription drugs that were my husband's before he sadly passed away. The young girl who served me was very helpful, kind and courteous. I didn't get her name but she had long dark hair and glasses. I would like to say a big 'thank you' to her.

   Extremely Rude staff especially the Asian lady. She does not know how to be polite to their customer. Very Expensive pharmacy. I am surprised to see the Pharmacy response with a number of lies. Not only I was dealt with rude behaviour, I was told that the Pharmacy Manager is in a meeting for next 3 hour and then he is off for a month. I was told to sit in the Pharmacy with my 4 years old for 3 hours if I want any response.

   Went to Kirkby's for a consultation for my 4 year old daughter. She has been feeling unwell and timings wouldn't work well for me with GP appointment however thanks to Kirkby I had peace of mind. Went to their walk-in clinic which we were very well looked after by Mr Mitech, so pleased to have such an amazing, reliable and flexible service at Belmont Village. Thanks again.

   I agree that they are very helpful, but it takes them 4 days to prepare and have my GP's prescriptions ready, it is too long ... if they have a lot of work they should hire more staff, sometimes you need medications immediately, you cannot wait 4 days ...

   Refreshing to give a positive review nowadays, staff are very helpful. Even going out their way to get a courier to deliver hand sanitizer, when no one else had any round here.yes they are a chemist, but demand outweighed supply. But give credit where it's due,they organized it. Thank God these small businesses still operate.
