Went in today to buy Covonia chesty cough syrup. 150ml was £4.20 and 300ml was £14 something. Simple maths tells you that this isn’t right! The lady was adamant it’s right. Make sure you check as these places rip you off!
We are being asked to goto pharmacies who would provide medical attention with throat pain or ear pain, however, when you are turned down just with an excuse that they cannot update details of seeing a patient in the system or that they cannot enter the details on another date, even if they can note it on a piece of paper, just because they do not work on any other days, does not help. Please note, when we come to pharmacies on weekends or out of hours, if you are open, we are coming because we need help. I would like the health minister to take note of such pharmacies and if you want us to go to pharmacists, make it mandatory for pharmacists to see patients rather than turning them down with simple excuses.
Very poor service. Inefficient and rude pharmacist. You can never catch them over phone for urgent matters. I made 12 calls in last two days, but couldn't catch them even once.
This business appears to have changed hands. What used to be a nice helpful place is now, not so nice. I have changed my pharmacy as a result.
Just went to get medication, stood at the counter for 10 minutes, three people working in the shop, I wasn't once acknowledged by any members of staff, ended up walking out, I understand people can be busy, however it's fairly basic manners to acknowledge a customer and just say, "I'm sorry we are busy, we will be with you as soon as we can, very rude" .

No pricing on any items I paid double for my sons vitamins usually £4:25 now £8:50 Obviously I had no idea until I looked at my receipt which I’m surprised I got !! I’m contacting trading standards to investigate why there are no prices on any items or ticketing to show prices Very disappointed and angry I feel exploited
