   Brutal to deal with. The process to get prescriptions filled is messy. Many of the staff are unhelpful. But better than the Chiswick Boots.

   I have been visiting this pharmacy for a while now, and I must say the service is always outstanding. Pharmacists Divyang and Edwin are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and always go the extra mile to provide the best advice and care. The girls at the counter are friendly, efficient, and welcoming, making every visit a pleasant experience. Whether it’s answering questions, helping with prescriptions, or offering health advice, the entire team is always ready to assist with a smile. I truly appreciate their dedication and hard work.    Had to write a quick review for these guys as today, the Pharmacist acted above and beyond the call of duty. My GP messed up my prescription for a jab I have every 6 months. I’d driven up 60 miles from Hampshire to pick it up and take it to GP for nurse to administer, but Boots hadn't received prescription and so didn’t have it in stock. I tried Campbells assuming they wouldn’t have it either (as quite rare so is ordered ad hoc), but Pharmacist was uber helpful, used his lateral thinking and resolved my dilemma efficiently, ethically and professionally and saved me from a 120 mile return journey next week. Thank you again…I’m so used to ‘computer says no’ such a marvel when a human says ‘yes’.

   Excellent service. I have a specific requirement for the cream I needed. The member of staff helped me find the right product (Vichy sun cream). After using it for about a month now , its amazing. They have a great selection of creams and products. Would highly recommend.

   I visited the store on Monday 1 November around 11am. The staff at the counter are absolutely useless. I had an e-prescription received from my doctor. The instructions on the e-prescription clearly said to download the original from the website stated therein using a particular authorisation code also stated therein. But the lady serving refused and said they would need the hardcopy from the doctor. What is the point of an e-prescription if you need a hard copy? Thankfully, the Boots nearby had staff with some common sense who dispensed the medication.

   I just went to this pharmacy for a flue vaccine. I decided not to proceed with it because of the rudeness of a man who was there. I was waiting and in a rude manner he "told me" to move forward. This is not the first time I experience this situation so I will never go again. The other staff is nice (mainly all the women). Another thing is that in many other places the flue vaccine is around £15 while here is £20. Why??? I don't recommed this place at all.

   I always come here for prescriptions and other regular items we need for the family. The staff are all very helpful and service is quick and caring. A few months ago I asked for an item they didn’t normally stock and it was just ordered in for me-very nice. I also had a delivery of some regular items and although they are so busy during this challenging time, it was delivered within 24 hours. It’s just always a pleasant experience :) Kindness, competence, and experience go a long way, and this pharmacy has no shortage of any of the above. The pharmacists are very knowledgable, and the other staff are all very kind. I would highly recommend this pharmacy to anybody.
