The pharmacist can often be curt and not come across friendly or approachable, and can sometimes give less medication than was requested. Most of the serving staff are friendly and provide a good service.
Extremely disappointed.. Went to buy an inhaler which they gave without an prescription and today they said they need a prescription. It was an emergency and they hardly cared. I spoke with the doctor and when i went back to them they said “we are closed”. It was 4:08 in the evening but google maps says they close at 6:00pm. They seems to close whenever they want. They don’t seem to care about people. I recommend the pharmacies in Worcester park over this.
I called around 4.30 today to check how late they were giving 'walk-in' Covid boosters and was told 5.30pm. I arrived at 5.15 and was dealt with as soon as the pharmacist finished serving the customer in front of me. I left having had my Covid booster by 5.25pm. Excellent service. I would highly recommend them.
I called on Tuesday 7th May to check if my prescription was ready, the person who took the call was giggling and not attentive. I provided my name a few times and she confirmed that the medication was ready for collection. I visited the chemist this morning only be questioned why so many people are collecting their prescription this morning. I was the only one in the store at that time. She then asked me to write my name down and I also showed her my driving licence. She went to have a look and was unable to find it and told me to come back after 11am as the medication was not ready but it is on the system to be done. I explained that I could not collect until the 21st and was told to come back after 11am. It’s shocking and disgusting the way the staff treat their customers. I was then told that they don’t have enough space to hold medication which doesn’t make any sense at all as they should be getting touch with patients to let them know if is ready. Customer Service needs Drastic improvement. After having read the reviews I will be asking my Gp to direct my future prescriptions to another chemist. Any one thinking of visiting or using - I would suggest going somewhere else!
Phoned up to see if my medication was ready, it had been requested via the NHS app and from phoning my doctors to check, I had it confirmed that the prescription was sent electronically 10 days ago. Was told bluntly by the person on the phone that "the app don't work" No apology or advice offered. Very disappointing given that I rely on these meds and had left plenty of time to order them. Luckily my doctors have now given me the electronic code and I will be trying a more helpful pharmacy than this one!
Was shut at 9.15 this Saturday morning despite it saying on google it was open. No sign up re closure. How do I know when I can collect my prescription?
Doesn't open on time (GPHC) would like to be aware of this. Lies to your face saying can't get codeine linctus for over a year when readily available from AAH poor. GPHC ethics and code of conduct not being follwed
Went there for travel vaccinations. Reasonably thorough consultation and administering. Let down by Malaria tablet advice which was to take them for two days after leaving the country. Safer advice from other places was to take them for a week after leaving. Very difficult to get in touch by phone. Once I was there I realised why. The staff member regularly let it ring out.
Been there for vaccinations for a trip to Nigeria. Very uncomplicated,?all vaccines available, competent consulting.
Lovely Pharmacist put on PAW Patrol for my daughter as he gave her a vaccine. Such a kind man… she is now no longer afraid of vaccines as he was so nice - “and it didn’t hurt”. Thank you. Well-stocked, clean pharmacist with parking outside. Highly recommend
