don't bother trying to call the pharmacy as they don't bother answering their phone. Gave up trying to get though to them after seven attempts and it just ringing out!

Only part of my prescribed medications were ready for collection. I paid, and they were supposed to let me know when I could collect the rest. That never happened! A complete mess!

Really bad customer service. Just been in there. Waited for 15mins before being served. In between the last customer and me being served one staff just walked away with out saying anything then as they came back to make up a prescription for some else they say it will be a few minutes more. They I finally get served it's another colleague from behind and now there are 3 staff serving because it's almost 6pm. Customer engagement and customer experience zero

On Monday 20th January at 17:20 I brought my 14 month old son to Morden Hall GP due to high fever and cough. After checking him, the doctor told us to get the medicine from the pharmacy in the same building right away. When I went to the pharmacy next door, they told me the prescription had not arrived. I said I could wait a bit and waited. I then asked them to check again and got the same answer. They told me the doctor did not have the authority to send medicine and asked me to ask the reception about the situation. After explaining the situation to the reception, I asked for their help and said that my child needed to use this medicine and we were desperate, they approved the prescription and sent it to the pharmacy. The receptionist also came to the pharmacy to explain the situation and told them to give the medicine but the pharmacy staff did not give the medicine prescribed for my child. They said our working hours were over and did not want to give the medicine. When I tried to explain that this was wrong and that we needed to get this medicine, they abused their positions and tried to silence me by telling me not to shout at us. I noticed something about these people when you want to demand your rights; they abuse their positions to silence you. They do this in the following way: when you try to tell them what you need, they try to change the subject and say things like, “You can’t shout at us” to silence you. I am complaining about you because you did not give me the ready prescription. Both in this world and in the Hereafter.

I feel staff are not friendly. The regular pharmacist also moved she was good too. I’m in this area past 18 years I notice the old wasn’t very helpful towards pharmacist andCustomer. Planning to change my pharmacist.

Make sure you get your repeat prescription in with your medication before you leave the chemist. Not being put in anymore.

The Boots website doesn't mention them closing for lunch.. they're always behind or slow, or tell you the wrong thing, so customers get frustrated, then the staff get fed up.. Don't close for lunch and be quicker and more efficient in your working? I'm hoping this review will highlight there's a problem to Head Office and they'll do something. This is one of the worst chemists next to a surgery I've ever experienced.

LUNCH BREAK??? i arrived 3 minutes after 1PM, the outer door was closed. The man through the intercom said they’ve just closed for lunch for an hour. I asked kindly if i could pick up my medicine quickly (which was already waiting for me on their shelf with my name on it since the morning) as i was walking from far and i’m cold and sick. He said “sorry you can’t, we’re on our brake now” and hung up. I saw through the window there were all four staff members still in the store, no one left yet. Also, on the opening times plate outside it doesn’t say anywhere that they are closing for lunch. I checked on google maps, also there they don’t state lunch time. The same man came outside by then so i asked why doesn’t it say anywhere that they’re closed for lunch? He said it says inside on the inner door (around the corner what you can’t see from outside). I had to walk home sick in the freezing cold and come back later because they couldn’t do me a one minute favour. I don’t know who the manager is but this place is being run badly. Not customet friendly at all. They either should state their time of lunch brake everywhere or take their lunch 2-2 in turns like in normal places so they don’t have to close. Not 4 at the same time! Appaling attitude!!!

Rude & abrupt Staff! Repeat prescriptions never ready always having to wait. Final straw was my poor daughter having to wait 10 days for her repeat prescription to and fro from the doctors at morden hall Doctors, finally Pharmacy admitted it was their error but no apology! moved GP & pharmacy no more problems!

I was using their repeat prescription service for years, they hardly ever got it right so I switched to the GP's online service - no problems since. The problem is they are too small to be attached to a busy surgery as they cannot cope! The staff is great though apart from one fair Asian lady who always throws my money in my hand like they do in some of the shops as if I have some kind of lurgy. I don't I'm just black!
