   Very inconsiderate and irresponsible to patient. I request a repeat prescription 3 days ago and went to pick up the medicine today. A woman working there just sent me away to other pharmacy for there’s no stock! They didn’t even bother to update the status of my request at the NHS app in the past three days!

   Jhoots received my prescription 2 days ago but when I came to get it today, it still wasn't ready (!?). I was told it would be made up by the pharmacist, even though they'd already sat on it for 2 days. So, I waited... and waited... and waited while they made it up. During this time I was also told they only had a 'part' of my prescription (!?) and that I would have to come back in to pick the rest of my prescription up (!?). Seriously???? I don't wish to have to make various separate visits to pick up just one prescription especially when I don't feel well, they should be dispensed at the same time. After 15-20 mins I had no choice but to leave as I had a hospital appointment to get to and didn't wish to be late. Suddenly the pharmacist flew out of the back of the shop, desperate to serve me but I was already too late for my appointment so couldn't humour her requests of wanting me to fill in forms etc. I later called the pharmacy to ask them to return my prescription to me so I could go to a PROPER pharmacy and pick up my prescription properly i.e. as it had been written and in one shot, without having to wait endlessly for it. This isn't really an acceptable way to treat people, especially when they are not well.

   Always had a great service from Jhoots. They call me when my prescription is ready and will usually have the medication the next morning if not available straight away (this has only happened with twice in 3 years too, once for a specific refrigerated injection and another for my usual meds). Always super friendly and helpful staff. Can’t say I have had a bad experience at all to be honest.

   Left this pharmacy even if I live right here in the building. Went to collect my prescription last year and when I left the pharmacy I noticed they gave me someone else’s prescription. I found this very unprofessional and went back in to show them. The main pharmacist who works there said to me eh well. I said what do you mean by that? This is not right. I could of went home and had these tablets like some people who don’t even look at the prescription. He said just get over it and he was so rude. I never went back there again. Unprofessional people working there.

   The surgery to which this pharmacy is attached is fantastic - unfortunately, the same cannot be said for this service. My father is receiving palliative care and requires pain relieving medication often and sometimes at short notice. We are let down EVERY TIME when a prescription goes through, my dad has received the wrong medication, it is often only partly ready and is ALWAYS late. I have rung the surgery 22 times today to check if the prescription that should have been ready last week is complete - they do not answer their phones and I suspect they kept it off the hook.
