   ● Used to be EXCELLENT when Faro...(the male Asian Pharmacist with the black and grey hair)...used to run it. ● He'd opened it circa 1997. And sold it in 2023. Coz it'd been 26 years; He'd taken a hit during Covid; & because he wanted to enjoy his life while he still could. ● Hence the EXCELLENT reviews up till mid 2023. ● The new female Asian Pharmacist who bought it from Faro and now runs it is VILE. She's rude, snaps @ u if u ask her a question....(so that it's always preferable being served by one of her assistants.) ● She seems unable to handle even the smallest amount of pressure....and it shows in her appearance. (Dirty, unkempt hair, face distorted by cortisol and adrenaline, stupid mistake-making that's "never her fault.") ● She's too dense to realise that word-of-mouth is CRITICAL to a business like her's which relies heavily on local custom...(ie: The Estate)...to keep her business afloat. ● I first suspected something was up when Diane...(who'd worked there since 1997)....alongside Faro....started having her hours cut. As I'm writing this...I don't even know if Diane still works there. (IF she doesn't...then that's a BIG tell.) ● Due to her rudeness...in future, I'm only gonna shop there when I totally, absolutely only need to. ● Luckily....a lot of what u need u can get from Swanscombe Newsagents 3 shops down from her. Or the red 'City Mini Market' on St. Ann's Road just round the corner from her. ● I'm a member of the Edward Woods Tenants Resident's Association. If I'm asked...I'd have to truthfully say how rude and awful I find her. And to suggest they go to Boots, Savers or Superdrug. All just 10 minutes away on the Green. (Shepherd's Bush.) ● And where it's easy to do the rest of ur shopping anyway.

   Helpful staff. Sell the same things the other chemists and pharmacy do only here is very reasonable prices. Would love it to be open a bit longer, other than that great place to go.
