   Excellent service but please please please double check your purchases BEFORE leaving the shop. I wanted 3 different shades of Posh Gloss, including 1 nudish colour. Instead i got 3 of the darkest colours in the series!!!! Now im too far to do anything about it. And cannot use those colours

   Tev colour-matched me at Space NK and was absolutely wonderful. She was attentive, kind, and extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to really understand what I was looking for. She helped me find my perfect shade at Hourglass and made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable. I’m so pleased with the level of service and the overall experience at the Westfield Space NK store. The store felt welcoming, and the customer care was outstanding. I will definitely be revisiting and recommending this store to others.

   I visited this store last week to purchase a gift, I was served by Dine she demonstrated an exceptional and very memorable customer service experience during my visit. She made good recommendations, answered all of my follow-up questions; what stood out to me was her genuine patience and willingness to help me she didn’t rush me or make me feel like a nuisance despite how busy the store was; I passed on my compliments about her excellent customer service to her manager also and he was very friendly and helpful. I made a purchase based on her recommendation and my Aunt absolutely loved it. Thank you so much for everything Dine, I look forward to seeing you on my next visit in-store soon.

   I walked in simply looking to get matched with two concealers and left feeling so knowledgeable and confident about my skincare routine! A huge thank you to Ameera for sharing her incredible skincare expertise. She took the time to explain what to use, how to use it, and how to truly bring out the best in my skin. Equally, a massive shoutout to Shelbie, who went above and beyond to perfectly colour match me, ensure I understood each product, and introduce me to a range of amazing brands. She completely nailed the “no makeup” makeup look I was after. Both Ameera and Shelbie made the experience exceptional. Thank you for your time, care, and knowledge!

   Probably the best SpaceNK shop I found in London. The staff is helpful and attentive if you require assistance but they are not pushy nor do they follow your round. The shop is spacious so you can wonder around and browse in peace which cannot be said about many of the other SpaceNK shops. However, the shop does tend to me more populated than others due to its location is a shopping centre. The selection of products is also a bit better, but still you can find more products online that is for sure. Overall, I loved visiting this store and doing my shopping here. Will definitely visit again whenever I want to shop in person.
