Lovely centre with great facilities. Should be more publisized to get more interest. Staff are friendly and helpful
Every other sunday the staff tells you that problem with swimming pool but in reality they are short of staff or too lazy to go for pool supervision ..
Swimming pool lockers lucky if you get one. Also loud speakers plugged in on side of pool. Very unsafe and dangerous to all.
Just joined to use the gym facilities, nice small gym very friendly great staff.
I go there to swim use the gym and steam, staff are welcoming and chatty and caring! Just needs some more evening / afternoon classes

The staff here are great, the gym is small but tends to be quiet so you're never fighting for machines which is great
This Lifestyles sports centre while one of the older ones is still a really good centre. This is a huge facility with everything you could want. The staff there are really friendly and helpful. The classes that the centre runs are great. My daughter takes part in a scuba diving course run by Palaemon Divers in the swimming pool at the centre. The pool is a great size and goes up to 10 feet deep which makes diving, both swimming and scuba, safe.
