   The service here is always so slow. Often there are loads of staff standing around at the back, but one only comes out to help once in a while, even if there's a queue. The only person that's any good there is the tall guy with the beanie.

   Just Googled to find out opening times and noticed the low rating. I’ve been using them for over 10 years, collecting prescriptions every 2 weeks and think they are fantastic. As long as you are realistic about the fact you may need to wait it’s very good service. As far as dispensing medicine is concerned, taking a long time is actually a good sign. Dispensing medication requires focus because mistakes can be deadly. If you want a pharmacy that rushes the process or responds immediately while they are in the middle of counting medications, then you will end up getting a pharmacy that makes a lot of mistakes. Very good with providing care for minor infections and signposting to GP when appropriate. Always been very friendly in my experience. The opening hours are very convenient.

   One of their female staff members always comes in with an attitude. No basic customer service skills, every single time has been grumpy. Luckily there are other pharmacies nearby so we can shop somewhere else.

   They are usually extremely slow which I don't understand as there seems to be more staff than customers /patients. Today was the worst as they turned me away saying my prescription wasn't ready! They will only give it to you after they send you a text. I'm really unwell, it was a huge effort to go to the gp and then the pharmacy yet they refused to take the time to prepare it. Unbelievable. All they have to do is grab the medicine and put it in a flipping bag. This place is a joke.

   Went to get advice on medicine for a breast-feeding mother. Pharmacist skimmed the back of the medicine box then said yeah nothing says you cannot take this if you’re breast-feeding. I thought that’s quite quick to judge and thought is she going to actually check properly … after a min she looked inside the box and skimmed the leaflet and again said yeah there is nothing mentions breastfeeding look, do you want it then? I said if it’s safe to take then yes. When I got back, just to be safe I had another look myself… I noticed there is a note saying turn over.. section for pregnant and breast-feeding say do not take this medicine !!!Took me what 2 min to check this… Honestly I have no words. This is such irresponsible behaviour that actually puts a infant in danger! I don’t understand why she is even allow to work there.

   I had a couple health problems last year after getting released from hospital, the staf were very helpful and the pharmacist gave me a 20 minute consultation about packing my wounds and keeping them clean so they could heal properly. Keep up the great work!

   I changed my pharmacy to this one because of their longer and weekends opening hours( really out of necessity)but I deeply regret my decision! They are very disorganised and some of their staff are not competent/trained. Every time I go there to collect my medications either they denied that they have my prescriptions ( despite I had received text from them saying “it’s ready to collect “) or takes them very long to find it! Also, concept of confidentiality/privacy is alien to them! While there is a long queue of other people just next to you , they ask for all your identifiable information and once I told them I’m not comfortable to say this out loud front of others and asked for a piece of paper to write on it, the member of staff who was serving me got upset! Very rude and incompetent staff, poor customer service and definitely poor management.

   The staff are in no rush completely to take customer requests, just stand there and watch you. The pharmacist similar has no sense for peoples time as comes out when it suits her/him. If you can use any other pharmacy please use it, needs a whole staff overhaul. Completely disgusting behaviour never had any pharmacy have not care for its customers like this.

   So rude and unhelpful. Four members of staff were playing with their phones and chatting behind the divide, occasionally glancing out at me, leaving me waiting for over 10 minutes until the only member of staff actually working finished with another customer. I only wanted to ask a quick question. Don’t bother going here if you can help it!
