   Worst pharmacy customer service ever! !! Firstly The older white lady who was given us an attitude while I given the first name instead of the last name when she asked. Because my dad has mental issues so he forgot he has medical exceptions certificate home when we arrived to pick up, the lady talked very impatient, we end of going back home, 30 mins later we were back to the pharmacy she requested to see the certificate even we told her. Okay we showed her, no problem, everything seems fine. finally we got the medication, by the way I asked how to use it she told us impatiently: “ the instructions is in the bag!” Wow!wow! The attitude and customer service suck! In Toronto, the pharmacy stuff are friendly and respectful and explained to patients patiently! I feel so disappointed for experiencing all this in England.

   Phoned up first thing Saturday as I needed an emergency prescription and my local pharmacy was closed. Talked me through the process with reassurance and clarity. Then waited until it had been sorted so I could pick it up straight away. Amazing service.

   My 6 year old needed a vaccine to travel. She was very frightened and emotional and I wasn’t sure if we would ever get it done. The Pharmacist was brilliant - super kind, patient, gentle and great with kids. My daughter woke up this morning and said she wanted to go back there for any other injections!

   This is one of the best pharmacies in London and we are so lucky to have this wonderful team in Wimbledon. The pharmacist in charge is a lovely mannered, considerate, kind and exceptionally efficient and knowledgable. My medications are always ready on time and they are so helpful in getting the meds to me promptly. I have been dealing with this pharmacy for years and I’ve always been so Im pressed with the service. Well done, Chemco Wimbledon Broadway! You are terrific!

   Chemco pharmacy is so good. Am always greeted personally. Meds are always ready. If I have a problem it's sorted immediately without saying you need to see gp which is a non starter lately. Wish I had found chemo years ago. He was a godsend in the pandemic. Such a professional lovely guy.
