   Phone the pharmacy? Good luck... No one responds. This is very unprofessional as we call for a reason! Medications are always delayed or not ordered. Might as well change pharmacies. Despicable

   Absolutely disgusting chemist. Daughter who has a monthly script, its NEVER there, never ordered, always a problem. Chemists response, "its an expensive item so we won't order it in case you go elsewhere" I wouldn't put my script in and get meds elsewhere. I can't!

   My wife was unable to have her booked flu jab this afternoon as the staff said there was no trained person to give the flu vaccine. They didn't make a good show of it and fibbed about stock of flu vaccine and patient access, both on questioning as I work for the NHS were then changed to, we do use patient access and we do have flu vaccine. I also asked who the pharmacist in charge was and the staff were very reluctant to say anything. What pharmacy during flu season would employ a pharmacist who isn't trained to deliver the flu vaccine, especially when patient access is signposting you there. It was a complete joke, totally unprofessional and reflects bad on community pharmacy
