   I went to this pharmacy to pick up a prescription. The staff (I think the pharmacist, a thin mixed-race lady in her 40s) told me it would be ready in 5 to 10 minutes, so I waited. After 20 minutes, I asked again, and they said it would take at least another 30 minutes (even though the pharmacy wasn’t busy!). I had to leave without my prescription because I couldn’t wait any longer. I also had another bad experience with the same lady. I had a vaccination appointment and arrived on time. I let the staff know that I was there for the vaccine and didn’t need a prescription, but they made me wait in line anyway. After waiting 10 minutes, she told me my time had passed and she couldn’t help me!

   I'd avoid if possible. I've been there twice and both times there was a very long wait, although not very busy. The staff were slow and seemed quite rude. I heard of similar experiences from others who used it. Trying to reach on the phone was not possible, nobody answered.
