   Worse Pharmacy ever been. I had to do an antigenic covid19 test, fit fly. They let me wait for more than 40 minutes. In additional, I did ask to book me for a PCR test on my return to UK. They said yes, no problem! I will book it for you, and I would receive the booking reference by email. First, my departure was at 19:50, on the 10th! I received the negative test at 20:04. So, I was already on the plane. Easyjet said, at the check-in the point, that I do not need any covid test to fly to Italy, as I am fully vaccinated. Government requirements were: fully vaccinated - negative antigenic before departure. In regards of the PCR, the pharmacy never sent me any booking via email. So, I had to book and order a self swab PCR online.

   Extremely helpful and excellent service. The main pharmacist and other staff have repeatedly gone out of their way to help at difficult times. For example when repeat prescriptions have been sent to the pharmacy late or we have been unable to find things elsewhere. Always a friendly welcome too.

   The staff at Greenfield pharmacy was extremely compassionate and took the time to listen to me. I had a nasty fever for 3 days, they prescribed me medicine and booked me a doctor's appointment on the same day. Jay and the team, thank you for caring and making me feel better.

   Best Pharmacy ever! Staff is professional and very helpful! Also they do ID photos. Absolutely love them as I am a long time pain management patient and they do prepare my meds. always professionally! Now forgot to pick up my medicine and I will ask them to call me next time if I would not show up to avoid missed prescription. So I can only recommend them! 5 STAR and HELPFUL STAFF and FLEXIBLE LONG OPENING TIME....what more you want??? Peter H
