really friendly and helpful. Just had my covid and flu jab and careful, gentle and supportive. All the staff are really nice and thye have great opening hours too.
If I could give Chana Chemist 0 stars I would. Between them and Staverton GP surgery they have muddled my order for support stockings, advising me to call the manufacturer direct to chase the perscription. Of course, the "manufacturer" knew nothing about my perscription for support stockings and the "manufacturer" is a distributor of ostomy care and abdominal support belts ONLY. Shoddy service!
I had come to Chana Chemist to get some medication for a cold that had just begun, I was helped by the lovely Saβad who recommended me new nasal spray I was not familiar with. He said heβs used it and is brilliant and I have come to give a review to say it truly worked I was better in 2 days. Thank you for your lovely customer service
I recently visited pharmacy on 7/08/2024 was welcome and greeted by all of the staff but assisted by rimsha who helped me with getting my prescription from another pharmacy and had a positive attitude towards me very friendly & passionate about her job will visit again

Closed on big Thursday at 10:50 no notice on the door keep it ip update same one week after they supposed to work till 00:00 closed at 21:55 Even when their own sign says till midnight weβll done
Been using a cream for couple months wrong but nobody told me, I got to this chemist, yosef assisted me and showed me how to store and use the product properly and ever since I feel a huge difference. Life saving and appreciate his professionalism and will to help!
Rubbish. The female assistant never gets the medications right. Don't want to take responsibility. 3rd time issues, always have to ask for the copy of repeat prescriptions. Better off taking it to another chemist. This is what happens when workers are too relaxed.
I came from my annual leave when i noticed that i forgot my anti coagulants that i need to take everyday for life, otherwise i can have a stroke, heart attack,.. so i went to Chana chemist because Sunday GP is closed and is hard to get my repeated perscription straight away. The pharmacist gave me medication for 10 days giving me time to get a new perscription and avoid to be till Monday without medication. Thank you for the great service and suport!
