   I have been a customer at Coopers Pharmacy in Willesden for over 10 years. They have treated me like family, nothing is too much for them to help me, very respectful and professional at all times. I have to thank them individually MINISHA the manager, for saving my life, calling an ambulance for me, when I called her on phone, when I had an anaphylactic shock reaction. VIKRAM the manager, and FAHIMA and VIKRAM and AHMED who are all dedicated to helping customers, with that personal touch. I am so grateful to them all, for helping me over the years.

The staff are real heros and heroes in my eyes and deserve all the praise that is out there and more!

   very slow service. It takes 20 min or more for me to get the medication the doctor prescribed to me. Any other pharmacy would do it in advance and I would get it in less than 5 min. you guys need to speed up the service.
