   Unfortunately my experience echo's that of others, it used to be fantastic and since being taken over has gone from bad to worse. They never have medication ready, even when it was ordered days ago and often haven't even bothered to order it in. Multiple times I've been left without medication because it's not been ordered by them in time. The final straw was being sold a completely overpriced cream for my daughter and the pharmacist and team giving a pushy sales pitch on it. I mistakenly thought you could trust a pharmacist's recommendation but the pediatrician I later saw confirmed creams at a fraction of the price would have done a better job. Avoid at all costs, they're more interested in making money than giving any kind of actual help.

   The male pharmacist is not particularly pleasant. Quite rude and when running out of medication just shrugs his shoulders no showing any care or compassion about the patients who aren't sure what to do. He messed me about back and forth to the doctors surgery 3 times requesting different medications names that they could supply to me - all out of stock regardless ... He could have saved me a lot of problems if he had just said at the start it's better to go to a different pharmacy. He eventually did and they had also ran out of stock. They received two requests for it, no phone call, no care. I go to Northcote Pharmacy from now on because they actually care.

   Have given them time since new ownership but no, they’re still completely useless. Never have anything prescribed in stock (standard baby stuff), and even pre-ordered (gave it days) it’s still the same. On top of that their attitude is so bad as if this is a given to be as dysfunctional and unhelpful. Very frustrating and a massive time waster. Will be changing pharmacies.

   After reading the poor reviews I went in with an open mind and nominated Clarks to be my nominated pharmacy for NHS prescriptions as it’s close to where I live. The receptionist behind the counter is pleasant enough but the rest of the staff are running round like headless chickens. Only one of the staff smiled back when I smiled at her. I very calmly explained that there are three brands of a drug, that keeps me alive, that I can take, I have to take this drug as my thyroid does not work on its own. It wasn’t their fault that my GP did not write those brands clearly on the prescription so I asked to look at the other brands they gave me to see if there was a certain ingredient in them that I’m severely allergic to. The pharmacist would not let me open the box or check for me. I had no choice but to go elsewhere. It wasn’t necessarily the fact they didn’t have the brands I need in stock. It was the attitude of the person serving me. She was rude, off-hand and uncaring therefore I’m changing my nominated pharmacy back to Wandsworth pharmacy operated by Pearl group. Even though it’s further for me to travel, they are absolutely wonderful and today they rang around six different chemist to get the brand I can take.. I understand that all the chemists are busy with their extra responsibilities but there is no need to have a bad attitude with customers. I certainly will not use this chemist again.

   Very nice pharmacy and amazing staff and pharmacist. She is incredible. She helped me so much during the lockdown, when I had my arm burnt with my oven and I got the wound infected- I could not see a doctor face to face, only by phone and the pharmacist was amazing and guided me how to take care of my wound and infection. She also supported me when learning how to use a breathing puffer. I feel so reassured whit that team. They are amazing!
