   Save yourself the headache, the lady and what looks like her husband running this so called pharmacy is clueless. Don’t ever expect this pharmacy to be open, they’re only open when they remember to set their morning alarm on. I’m looking into reporting them, there is no reason for this place to be in business.

   I needed to collect my prescription. Their website shows its open, however I went two times today (saturday) at 9:35 am and then at 10:15 am, both time its closed, I called them multiple times, no answer. Very unprofessional.

   Terrible experience at this pharmacy. The staff is consistently rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. Instead of assisting customers, they seem more interested in dismissing concerns and providing poor service. If you value good customer service and professionalism, I’d recommend going elsewhere!

   They give good service, but open and close at irregular times that are not in keeping with what it says online, and it's not forseeable for a customer. It's a shame because their opening hours are already pretty restricted and inconvenient for people who work.

   Staff are really nice. Especially the lady at thr counter. The pharmacist keeps me up to date on my prescriptions and is really helpful if things are not available, as she orders them and ensures it gets to me. 100 great service

   I live locally and have been to Ashkar Pharmacy many times. The service is excellent and the staff and the pharmacist are always kind and helpful. They were under incredible pressure during the pandemic yet still continued to be kind and helpful.

   Terrible service. The staff was absolutely rude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. While I was 2nd in queue the I asked the server could I have a pen and paper so I can write my name down ( standard procedure for in here) as its a small shop and more than 4 people was in there I wanted to keep my distance while staying in the queue. My dog was out side and I would of been happy to wait outside while it was being prepared. Anyway the response I got was wait I'm serving ( eyes rolled and head shaking) while the customer at the till was being served and the server still giving me dirty looks. The owner came out and protected her staff without even giving me a chance She started to lecture me about safe distancing all while I was the one trying to keep a distance. She didn't seem bothered what made things worse was an older man with a dog outside asked to write his name down before it was his turn but that was acceptable.
