    I can't fault them. They are always ready to help and offer great advice when needed. Their opening hours are useful too, being open longer than other Chemists in the area. Due to them providing vaccinations, you can get your jab (holiday, COVID etc.) and shopping/prescription at the same time. Saves a lot of fuss and time.

    Just went to drop a prescription in, was told rudely by the counter assistant the pharmacy doesn't do the medicine prescribed (a standard prescription medication - not a specially manufactured one) and they can't get it - no explanation or advice on what to do next. When I asked why a young pharmacist eventually came out and told me their PMR software had not been working for over a week and they were therefore "not allowed" to order any medication. The pharmacist insisted I should try elsewhere. When I pressed for a better explanation I was told that if I wanted to wait she could email head office and I *might* get the medicine in 2-3 days. I felt sorry for the pharmacist. If that is the way the pharmacy ordering system works I must not be the only patient annoyed.

    Very disappointing experience. Turned up for my covid vaccine (waited 2 weeks) the lady behind the counter uninterested and bored told me it has been canceled. No messages or emails or calls received to warn patients of app changes. Wasted my time completely. Avoid this pharmacy. Very unwelcoming and poor customer service.

    DO NOT GO HERE FOR COVID JABS - they do not do them but their system still allows you to book and it is very confusing. You arrive on the day and they turn you away. TO THE PEOPLE THAT WORK HERE - PLEASE UPDATE YOUR DETAILS TO STOP WASTING PEOPLE'S TIME.

    Had an appointment to have my second COVID jab here. However, when I came, the lady at the counter told me that they were not doing shots because they didn’t have the vaccine. “I have nothing to do with this, call 119”, she said. Real shame. Such a waste of time! And it’s not only the case with me, my husband had his appointment the next day too. Turned out, he wouldn’t have been able to have it either. Well, at least they could have let us know.
