   This used to be my favourite charity shop on the street, but honestly, it’s gone downhill. I popped in earlier this week, and it felt kind of messy, plus the selection wasn’t great. The shop is clean, but there’s an unpleasant odour mixed with a whiff of alcohol from someone that must’ve been partying hard. My friends even said they felt pushed to buy stuff, which made them uncomfortable. Really hope things get better.

   This is a well curated charity store with a nice selection of different clothing. The staff are also quite friendly. There is a changing room inside to try on clothes.

   Probably the best charity shop I have ever been to, like a really great vintage shop but for a good cause??!! I had a weird request for a specific pair of trousers and the manager was really helpful, I'm not sure if they are a volunteer but if so they were amazing. Thank you

   Great selection of women's clothes, however the shop has decided to mix all the men's clothing across the store, so I would have to pruch through the endless rails of women's clothes to find around 30 items that most charity shops have to offer to men. I couldn't help but mirthlessly laugh and leave once I had asked if they still sold men's clothes; as the shop assistant explained that its all mixed in. It's just plain ridiculous. Ain't nobody got time for that!

   Very beautiful shop, as far as you can see from outside. The shop is always closed. I think I caught it open just two times in years. And just once I could enter, because the second time they were closing earlier. I could speak with the manager and said they don't open the shop because they don't have volunteers. One thing is true, the window is the coolest one on Byres rd.
