Staff are friendly but always no stocks and I have never been able to get my prescribed medicine at once. Need to visit several times to collect all the medicine. Even after 4-5 days medicine is not ready. This is not a grocery store and patients cant wait for days without medication. Need some action from management

Extremely rude pharmacist who picked up the phone . I had been administered medication that had a complete broken seal so naturally I called to query it because i wasn’t informed . Naturally when you see medication open you think has it been tampered with , He explained why and then proceeded to say “he didn’t need to tell me the seal was broken” . Well yes you did . It’s simple to say “don’t be alarmed we did have to break the seal to removed some pills” . Easy !

Really knowledgeable and thorough staff, very helpful. Saved us a trip to the GP when my wife was in a lot of pain by having a call with her and prescribing medication. Also open on a Sunday unlike some pharmacies.

Poor service and took over 15 minutes for my prescription and still told not have in stock. Wasted journey to this pharmacy. Staff unable to English properly. Never go back

Called ahead to make sure item was stocked. Arrived and waited. After 10 minutes was informed pharmacist was “away moving their car” and not sure how long they would be. Whilst the staff were relatively polite this is the second time have experienced extremely slow service and I have been asked to come back later to collect. Would not recommend and will not be coming back. The store ceiling is also showing evident signs of water damage that has not been addressed. The shop is in need of significant upgrades.

So far, very disappointing service! I have received an emergency medication referral from 111. I have been trying for about half an hour to get in touch with somebody, who can at least tell me if they have the required medication. I am disabled and I don't want to walk the distance for nothing. Why do they have the land-line if nobody is answering?

I have always visited this pharmacy as it’s closest to my home but they’ve always been quite frustrating and slow - I often have to go home and come back to collect my prescription. However after my most recent experience I will not be returning. I was refused a private prescription with no valid reason and only after my GP contacted them did they ‘make an exception’ - however during the whole ordeal they were rude, patronising and incredibly disrespectful. One of them made me cry and had a smirk on his face while talking to me like I was stupid. I was just an unwell person wanting to get my medicine so I could get better, these people should not be servicing the public.

Very poor service, no customer service standards what so ever. Never known such a slow service.... staff need training. No wonder half the people waiting have asked for their prescription back to go elsewhere. Told 10 - 15 mins ....waited 45 mins .... and there was only 2 others in the chemist waiting .. No reason given when I asked what is taking so long. Only given 1 star cause I can't do a minus

One of the best pharmacy that's provides an outstanding service. The team walked an extra mile to help me get antibiotics on time to give it to poorly sick daughter which my registered pharmacy couldnt get it. Staffs are very kind and friendly.

Rang at 9.30pm to check stock before travelling, and was pressured with "I've been working since 7am, so I can't wait around". Got there by 9.45pm, was only given half of my prescription and it took 20 minutes despite being seen to immediately. 2 assistants were both rude to each other also squabbling over something.
