Special thanks to Agnes for being caring and knowledgeable. Came here by chance as no other pharmacies helped with my mother’s prescription. They had it, and the staff were so kind and professional. Wish all Asda pharmacies were this good!
I came to collect my prescription, which meant to be ready for collection as I received the message I can do it after 4 hours.. first of all the women behind the counter not sure if she knew what she was doing, she looked like half asleep , every single person ahead of me had some sort of issue according to this lady.. rude and unprofessional, avoid
This is not my usual pharmacy but I requested some vaccine evidence my son had done in 2022. Phone lines are busy but once he took my call, he told me to come done later in the day and like clockwork, two printouts were waiting for me. No charge which was also great. The pharmacist (Sandip) was so helpful and a credit to the pharmacy.
If I could I will give 0. Tragic customer service. Pharmacists take forever to give anything out. Lady working there as dispenser/counter is very rude and shouldn't working with people! I've been waiting there for half an hour for nothing. First of all she tried to lie to me there is no prescription but when I said that I know for 100% there's a prescription she started ignoring me. She didn't want to answer questions about waiting time or returning a prescription. When I asked after that time how much longer I will have to wait just for 3 simple items (any other pharmacy is taking maximum 5-10min) that rude lady told me that she been working the whole day (same as me!) every one before me or even after me was served but not me. If for them it takes a week to sort out prescriptions that means they're in the wrong place.
Such a rude stuff. This is unacceptable!!! Pharmacy closes at 8pm I arrived there at 7pm to collect emergency prescription referred by 111. Staff member told me off and made me feel totally uncomfortable and gave me anxiety by making me feel like I’m in fault for coming in and getting my medication. Why are you hiring miserable and unprofessional stuff? Got charged £9.90 for 2 days worth of pills (4 pills where normally that is what I pay for 56 pills). Horrible experience!!! Avoid.
Poor service, sounds like they are not opening on time consistently. Here till staff saying they opened it at 9:30 yesterday. Now it's 10 past 9. Still no signs of opening. What's the point of having advertised opening time. Ill patients are kept waiting for no reason.
I love the pharmacy here. They've done an amazing job under all the pressures of COVID. I've had my flu jabs here too. Great opening hours, prescriptions always ready. I'll carry on coming here. X
I wish we had seen these reviews before going to the Pharmacy. Really not worth using. We had to go as it was a Bank Holiday Monday so no where else close that was open. The woman behind the counter is abrupt, unhelpful, and quite rude. They couldn't fill the prescription, and would offer no advice to where else might be able to.
Updated this today. Male Pharmacist decided that he didn't need to wear a mask properly when giving my daughter flu jab. Mask looked old and saggy, was barely covering his mouth and nowhere near his nose. He didn't like being told that I was upset that he showed such a lack of care or respect for us.. even though we both wore very well fitting, clean masks for him. If you see this tell him. Don't let people make you sick.
This is a pharmacy within Asda Wallington. Staffs are not very friendly.
