   Avoid if possible. The staff here are very rude, unapproachable and unhelpful and are more concerned with gossiping amongst themselves. They never have anything in stock and don't seem to like serving you when they do. The shelves are half empty and just an unpleasant pharmacy overall

   Changed to Swan Pharmacy a while back and on each occasion I've been in there, the staff have been friendly, professional and really helpful. So important when you're collecting prescriptions or seeking advice. I'm so glad I'm with this pharmacy.

   I go here regularly at different times of the day, always busy but the counter staff are professional and friendly while the rest of the team look busy and are happy to help too. They also have a good selection of toiletries, I counted 5 different types of my favourite perfumed dry shampoo!

   Needed to collect an urgent prescription on a Saturday morning which I couldn’t take elsewhere as was sent electronically direct to this pharmacy. Says they are open online until 1pm but stood and waited outside the shop and the shutters are down - they never opened. Send your prescriptions to somewhere more reliable that actually opens for business.

   Went to the pharmacy today, first service I received was lovely when it came to signing for my prescription. I was shocked and surprised it was no longer required of me to do so as the pharmacist had already signed on my behalf!?!?!?!?. More surprising the pharmacist didn’t even ask my name or date of birth to verify this was my prescription and presume to know my circumstances and charged me accordingly for the prescription. I challenged back the pharmacy and admittedly one of the other workers said they should not have done that? That was very dangerous practice for the pharmacist to be doing and she should have known better?!?!?!

   Absolutely shambolic since new ownership as prescriptions are never ready when promised, their text notification system doesn't work, their Saturday hours are completely unreliable, they never answer the phone and you can't leave a message. Completely worthless anymore

   Really annoyed that the opening hours are unreliable at this pharmacy, particularly on Saturdays. This means I was unable to collect my prescription, which is very inconvenient and potentially harmful to my health

   This pharmacy has recently changed owners and I’m sorry to say it’s service for prescriptions is very poor. They ask that you wait 2 days after GP has sent (unless urgent items like antibiotics etc). Well my GP sent a request on Monday. I went to collect today (Thursday) & firstly had to wait for them to find the prescription & then a further wait for them to make it up. Upon getting it home I discover that one item is missing. My GP also sent my repeat prescription to them on Monday. They eventually found it & told me only received it today (Thursday). I checked with GP who confirmed it was sent on Monday but only downloaded by the pharmacy today (presumably when I was in there asking for it). There are 6 medications on it and they have none of them in stock so I have to return tomorrow after 4pm!!! I have used this pharmacy for over 50 years. Such a shame that it has declined like this. Oh and they are no longer open on Saturdays so that’s one less day to be able to collect medication that you are already waiting 4+ days for. So very poor. I will be changing my nominated pharmacy shortly.
