   Google says they open 11-5 on Sunday. I got there to pick up some medicine and I found out they are closed.

   Superdrug pharmacy just treated me appallingly ref the simple provision of my meds which are delivered to my home. On two separate occasions they blamed me for my meds not being delivered. You collected them, no, well our system says they were handed over to you in person, no. I had to prove myself by providing camera footage of the delivery driver putting my meds outside the door or behind a plant pot. Having emailed the footage directly to the Pharmacist himself, you think he'd apologise, right? No he felt sorry for himself and the position he was in. No thought for my meds having gone missing and my data out there, stolen. Instead of providing me with a replacement, promptly, they left me for days with no meds. Had to keep calling up and asking for the meds which they promised to deliver and didn't. Having missed days of taking vital meds I fell ill with withdrawal symptoms from them not providing my meds. Head office have done nothing to address the issues in a responsible and meaningful manner. Not even a call to say sorry to me. Please be very careful in dealing with these people. It could be you next.

   Worst experience I’ve ever had. Their staff with the name Fatima Irfan butt with the registration number 2233307 exhibited the most unprofessional, inhuman attitude I’ve ever experienced in my life. She explained to me that she was in charge of the pharmacy and needed some documents before giving me my prescribed medication. Even after explaining to her with documents and proof that I’m 40 weeks 2 day’s pregnant and in dire need of a nasal spray which I couldn’t find in other pharmacies around me, this lady refused giving the medication. She requested to speak to my GP and I had to wait an hour on the queue, she spoke to the staff who confirmed that I’m pregnant and I really needed the medication for a good sleep. she requested for my maternity certificate which I showed to her however my maternity exemption card was unavailable and she used this as basis for not giving me the medication. At a point, she said I would only get it if I pay which I accepted. As soon as she saw that I had accepted, she suspended attending to me. The manager was the one who later provided the medication and the FP571008 form and even reassured me I’ll be refunded if I get the exemption card. I understand she couldn’t take much of the decision because Fatima Irfan butt was named as the person in charge of the pharmacy for the day- 13/11/2023. Overall, I couldn’t even hold my tears in after all the questioning and inhuman treatment for more than 2 hours plus sarcastic remarks such as “this lady claims to be pregnant”, and even more. In fact, no organisation especially in the health care sector should have a staff like Fatima Irfan butt

   Extremely terrible customer service, negligence and unprofessional services. Must be the worst experience I have ever had up to date. This pharmacy should be reviewed and shut down as soon as possible due to negligence and unprofessional manners of their staff.
