   I had a very disappointing experience at this pharmacy. After being referred by NHS 111, I was told by the pharmacist that “just because they referred you to us doesn’t mean I have to accept this referral” which came across as dismissive and unprofessional. I left without the medication I needed and felt that my concerns were not taken seriously at all. I hope others receive better care than I did. Customer service is going dowhill on this pharmacy...

   I HAVE GREAT RESPECT FOR ALL THE DECENT HEALTH WORKERS, THANKS SO MUCH TO THOSE WHO DID OR TRIED TO GIVE US SOME HELP IN THOSE AWFUL DAYS WHEN WE HAD ILLNESSES IN THE WORLD CALLED COVID.I KNOW THERE IS TIMES WHEN WE RUN OUT OF PATIENT AND LOSE CONTROL OF OUR THOUGHTS THAT CAUSES US TO GET AWAY FROM THE WORK WE MEANT TO BE DOING BEST. I PRAY GOD TO HELP AND PROTECT FIRSTLY OUR BACK BONES GRAND MOM AND DAD'S AND ALL THE OTHER OLDER LOVED ONES WHO NO MATTER WHAT DESERVES OUR RESPECTS AND GRATITUDE'S .GOD BLESS US ALL. HAKAN.

   Awful pharmacy. Came here a little while back to collect a prescription. The man told me he wont give it to me due to my age, and kept over talking me saying garbage like 'you wont let me speak, will you?' when I tried to explain the reason I needed the prescription. The audacity to also make me share the reason for needing my prescription with other people in the store, as if he was almost mocking my need for it! Consulted with my GP and asked if their questioning was normal, and they were just as appalled! Switched pharmacy right after that!

   Don't go there for anything. Very poor customer service. Not a single customer waiting for a prescription. 3 people serving, talking amongst themselves. They see you waiting and don't help you! They never have anything. They only have methadone and things for drug addicts!

   Take these reviews seriously—this is not a pharmacy you want to visit. The main pharmacist, who is always there, ordered the wrong needles for my medication. When they arrived, I informed him that they weren’t what I had requested. I then asked if they would still work for my needs, and his response was, “I don’t know.” Not wanting to pay for needles that might be useless to me, I chose not to take them. When I attempted to reorder the correct ones, I was suddenly told I needed a prescription—despite not needing one the first time. The same pharmacist then refused to serve me, claiming I had “walked away” and didn’t even apologise. Frankly, I’m not here to cater to someone’s personal feelings. His job is to provide the correct medical supplies, and he failed to do so. Expecting me to apologise just to soothe his ego is ridiculous. At the end of the day, I needed these needles for my health, not to accommodate his emotions. He refused to serve me not for any legitimate reason but because he was upset. If he can’t separate his feelings from his responsibilities in a healthcare setting, he shouldn’t be working there. Completely unprofessional.

   I used to find this chemist very helpful and even caring. I struck up a lovely first name relationship with some of the staff. Unfortunately since someone left on maternity leave last year it's gone downhill. My last two visits and attempts to get service have been a disaster, neither time was I able to access the prescriptions I needed. The first time a mistake with their process caused a 3 day delay to my medication only to end up in not being able to fill it due to a mistake on the doctor's prescription which they missed 3 days previously. And worse, today I was gaslit by their staff who told me I must've not realised that I already collected the prescription! After the third time of needing to repeat myself that I had never collected this prescription I began to feel quite distressed. I've walked away feeling upset, and now rather angry. The young woman was steaming and full of attitude at the end. This is not customer service!
