Good Afternoon. I use your Pharmacy in Parkstone Road, Hastings on a regular basis. After reading some of the comments on here I am absolutely astounded at the bad reviews. I find ALL of the team to be very helpful and go above and beyond to help you, be it to do with a Prescription, have a Health Issue or just purchasing an item. Please, if people can not say anything kind say nothing at all. Also to be respected you have to show respect. Thank you to the Staff in Parkstone Road for being so Helpful.

Usually never have a problem with AXBRIDGE but this time my medication has been delivered and is totally INCORRECT. I have SITAGLIPTIN for diabetes, and have been sent SILDENAFIL for male erection problems. I’m totally flabbergasted and am leaving home now to drive miles to get this sorted. I refuse to be their guinea pig to find out what this WRONG medication would do to a lady, when it’s clearly a MALE tablet. Very cross to say the least..And Thank God I had my wits about me to check.. pic incl..

I was recently invited to a blood pressure test with the Woodley Day Lewis Chemist. This chemist is brilliant with brilliant staff who give excellent customer service time, even on this occasion (despite no apology, just agreement that these appointments were wasting peoples' time). Having agreed a time for the bp test I arrived in good time and had to queue making me 12 minutes late for the agreed time. Finally the assistant told me that as I was already on bp medication, there would be no bp test for me and that their Head Office were incorrectly texting people and making appointments only to be turned away as only people who are not on bp medication could have tests (such as my husband who attended his appointment the week before). I explained that this had wasted my time and efforts as I even received a text confirming the appointment. The kindly assistant agreed and said that HO was doing this as they had no idea of which clients had bp or not and just texting to all clients. I was appalled to hear all of this. Can you ensure that no more people's time is wasted and at least text an apology for wasting people's time.

To all my fellow delivery drivers, BEWARE of Bad Attitudes. You will be greeted by Stinking Nasty Bad Attitude. Not surprised to read of all the 1 stars, it's absolutely true, no communication skills. You are requested to stop at the STOP SIGN after you enter the gate, however us Delivery Drivers are too busy to stop at an unmanned location and wait for someone to come out of a building half a mile away ❗

Just phoned every department no answer this is the 12 time ive called and guess what no answer. I guess it's fitting for a company who turns pregnant women away because they haven't a chair, while the pharmacist (Mrs Diemdinusha Hereath) laughed at her! DISGUSTING!!

I've had no problems with my collections, but was shocked by attitude of staff to other customers. A special needs person had some sort of fit while waiting in store and staff screamed and shouted at him to leave! Guy couldn't even walk properly and his carer were just bringing car around. Staff tried to drag him out of shop door before other customers and myself stopped them. I berated the 'manager' and called the paramedics for him. His carer picked up his meds while after we helped him to car - despite them try to close shop 10 minutes early and pull shutters down! Disgusted & dismayed at how this I'll person was treated. Bad practice

I was unable to drive following surgery and so I tried for a friend to collect my prescriptions from a different branch of Day Lewis to the one I usually use. Even though I explained my predicament to BOTH branches, the staff were unbelievable unhelpful and unpleasant and, in the end, my son was forced to do a 20 mile round trip to collect, and deliver, my medication. Both branches are situated in small market towns, where traders are complaining that local people are not supporting local businesses. Maybe those local businesses should consider why that is!!
