   I had a B12 injection today. They told me wait 10 minutes for the Dr will come. After 20 minutes he came back talking on his phone not to give attention to patient at all. I have to wait another 10 minutes until he call me in. He was Very disrespectful and rude. Very disappointed about the Dr who was doing injection.

   Normally, I’ve had good experiences at this pharmacy, but today was very disappointing. I spoke to a staff member (an Indian lady with long black hair, unfortunately I didn’t catch her name) who clearly needs better training. I asked for a cold sore cream, but she refused to sell it to me simply because my cold sore is on my cheek instead of my lip. From basic medical knowledge, it’s clear that cold sores can appear anywhere around the mouth/face and the treatment is the same. It was frustrating to be denied something so straightforward, especially when I was very clear about my symptoms (itchy, burning, small blisters). I expect pharmacy staff to have a proper understanding of common conditions and to give helpful, informed advice. This experience left me very disappointed in the level of service provided today.

Not only are they simply the best chemist around in Croydon but you get an added bonus by having your medication delivered to your door by the most professional driver who always has a smile and is totally polite in everyway!    First class pharmacy, staff are always polite and courteous.(even though located in one of London's more unwelcoming boroughs). Head pharmacist Ms F. Khan, extremely helpful & will always endeavour to assist as best she can with advice. All in all a well run establishment.

   I spoke to the pharmacist Farida who claimed to be the manager. She was extremely rude, arrogant and unhelpful! She should polish up on her customer service skills!

   A-Z Healthcare delivered an excellent service. They were responsive, proactive and addressed all my queries in a professional manner - within minutes my request was implemented and executed. They have a well organised and cohesive service, which in my experience, is a rare trait in many of their competitors. They handled my request with care and diligence and their staff have gone above and beyond to ensure that I was well looked after. They have friendly staff that go the extra mile to ensure a good service is delivered. I highly recommend using their services and I will certainly be using them again.
