Collected medication two weeks ago but they did not have the full quantity in stock. Was promised a phone call to collect once it was back in within a few days. Of course I did not receive a call. Just called now and was told the medication has been back in stock for ages. However the gentleman I just spoke to was polite and professional and offered an apology for the inconvenience

I came here to collect my medications. Due to a serious health condition I was sent here. The pharmacist here need serious training on how to treat customers. She loudly and abruptly almost shouting over everyone else started talking about my medications, what they are for, how to use them and what the names are! Absolutely disgusting service and unprofessional! No respect, dignity, no professionalism and a breach to patient/client confidentiality! The whole pharmacy knew about what medications I was getting and what it is for!!! Her name was starting with an "S" Saima or something. I can see now why this pharmacy has so many bad reviews!!!

Really awful unfriendly male staff member. Considering that this is a hospital pharmacy, and patients are often coming straight from A&E, you would expect the staff to treat patients with a bit of patience and empathy. But instead, you have this really rude man, telling everyone off for qeueing in the wrong place and hearding patients like cattle and speaking in a rude and abrupt manner. I guess most patients don't have a choice not to go there, considering that prescriptions are sent there automatically, so staff don't need to bother with things such as customer satisfaction.

This Pharmacy should lose it's contract! I have been having treatment for years and visited this shambles of a Pharmacy well over 50 times and not once have I been even satisfied with the service they give. I'll patients have to stand in a queue for well over 30 minutes most days and then also wait sometimes over an hour to get your prescription. They had me wait 55 minutes the other day only to then tell me my medicine was out of stock. Croydon University Hospital "Get this bloody sorted"!! I would feel ashamed working for this organisation and the people of Croydon deserve to be treated with care and respect!!

I was there to collect my mothers remaining medication as they didn't have enough when I collected the week before. On the phone I was told I did not need a ticket and to proceed to the left hand side. Every time I go there I am unsure where to queue as so many people crowd the tills. Another family were a little lost so one of the staff came to the front and made such a deal about it and pointed people where they should be queuing. I was a little irritated and just said this happens every time I come here, and the family who stood by me agreed with this. Me and the family continued to have this chat where one of the superiors came and said for us to stop having a go... Come on! The lady who served me kept giving me these rude looks as if I had done something to her, however they could not take constructive criticism and I really felt her rudeness was not called for. I could have been a little softer in my approach and brought up my initial criticism at a quieter time, but to get these looks was wrong. The manager could have even took me to the room but did not seem interested. In the end I thanked her when she gave my medicine and didn't continue with anything from before. I left quietly but this has really been eating at me. I would love to send this review to someone but can't find their email address. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE - sort out the way to queue, improve signage for people and maybe even split out the collection vs obtaining a ticket for prescription drop off. Maybe even install a ticket system outside so numbers are called to hand in prescriptions. Thankfully I only use this for hospital medication pick up.

Pharmacy doesn't even deserve any stars. Wait times are horrendous. First you have to wait in the queue and then 20 minutes to dispense one box. The worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Also staff are chitchatting in the back- clearly not doing their jobs hence why it takes so long. Really need someone to take over and better manage them.

Rude staff. Staff had not heard of the word empathy. Unprofessional. Considering this is a pharmacy at hospital staff should learn some people's skills. Long waiting time. Also seen the same staff member who had been rude to me tell someone that pharmacy is closed at around 5.50pm whilst it is open till 6. Forced to use this pharmacy if hospital gives out the prescription otherwise would never use it out of choice. Every time I came here it is the same.

As everyone else has said, the wait times are excessive even when there isn't that many people waiting. This is inexcusable, the pharmacy clearly needs to adapt so it can serve a hospital. If you can get your meds sent elsewhere, you will be much better of doing so.

They shut earlier then their normal time, when approached a staff at the door to clarifying something he didnt seem to be interested. There must be a reason why all of these 1star review are coming up and a pattern can be seen, Lloyds pharmacy need to react before people loose their trust in their services, staffs needs good customers training, i for once wouldnβt like anyone loosing their job, but the company needs to react to these poor services and train their staff on how to deal with customers. They maybe be busy due to hospital then please ensure there are enough staff to provide services.
