    This is the 2nd time dealing with this branch & the team are fantastic. Last year we attended a Aga even at Papple steading it was terrific ,very well organised. Today i called and spoke to Charles, he was great & within the hour had called and emailed to guide me in a small but urgent Aga repair. Very knowledgeable and great attitude , great ambassadors for a terrific brand. Ps. I have attached my Aga 60 - absolutely fantastic member of the family.

    Traveled into Edinburgh today only to find your shop CLOSED! This is despite the website stating it was open and would close at 5pm. Aga must be the only company around who treats its customers with such contempt. What other company closes on the very day (A BANK HOLIDAY) their customers would find it easy to access them. Aga needs to look very carefully at their customer service policy.
