I have been using his chemist for 16 years which is when I first moved to Pimlico ... this chemist has always offered a brilliant first class service. The staff are great but above all the manager / head pharmacist is absolutely amazing. He offers a great service to his customers, gives really good advice and is a bit like a community hero in a way. This chemist also has a section of the retail store where items are sold for £1 - so it;s always worth having a look there whilst you might be waiting for a prescription as often there is a really good bargain to grab !

Shocked to what I witnessed! the lady gave a young girl a very strong steroid cream probably something for a wart or a verruca. But mistook it for a lip balm.... HOW ?. The young girl came in pain showing her lip and what a mistake she had made. At first denied it but then the owner came over giving her pills probably to calm the pain so she would leave. Staff are rude and unhelpful I would avoid! SHUT IT DOWN !!

Terrible place. Very uncomfortable shopping experience. Staff extremely rude, Prices are extremely high. £18 pounds for a pregnancy test that costs below £10 and £5 for a hairspray that costs on AVG £2.40. Even mayfair or Knightsbridge don't charge as you are. To top it off everyone is rude or miserable! CHEER UP AND SMILE !!!

The pharmacist is very rude as well as the receptionist. There service is worse. I went there with my 4 years old son as he wasnt well. I was in the que for 5 to 10 mins. One lady came after me the pharmacist was serving that lady before me coz she is his friend I guess. My prescription used to come in this chemist, I cancelled it with my GP. Go to Paxhall chemist opposite the Pimlico school. There service is really good and Fair treatment. So strictly not Recommended.

Worst. Pharmacy. Ever. Trusted them to deal with my repeat prescription six times. They messed it up EVERY SINGLE TIME and worse they take no responsibility for it so it's impossible for them to learn from their mistakes. Life saving and quality-of-life preserving medications have been forgotten, leading to missed doses and extreme pain without so much as an apology from the owner or any of his staff. They also take 48 hours to dispense a digital prescription where every other pharmacy in the area is 24 hours. Unlike most other pharmacies (with far less floor space I might add) Simmonds wait for you to go in to collect your prescription instead of making them up as they get them, so you still have to stand around for twenty minutes waiting for them to put your medication together, instead of just nipping in to collect your meds. If you're looking for cheap bath products then by all means this is the shop for you. If you need the right medication today, steer well clear.
