Staff unprofessional - on multiple occasions I have been given information on ailments that contradict information later given by NHS clinicians. I understand that staff in the pharmacy may not be as clued up as GPs however the NHS guidelines state that Pharmacy's should be able to give general guidelines on medication and ailments. This store does not adequately meet these requirements.

As I take a lot of medication, any pharmacy that I have dealt with, there are usually a lot of issues and my medication is never on time. This is the first pharmacy I have come across that are so organised, professional and so understanding. My medication is always on time, the pharmacist has helped me with many health issues I have and I always leave the pharmacy satisfied that my issues are sorted. I’m very impressed with how welcoming they are! I also really appreciate the kindness all the staff show whenever I or anybody enters the shop. Would give a 10 star if I could!

Brilliant pharmacy, very helpful and friendly. My husband had cancer a few years ago and the pharmacist was so good really can't fault them. They're small and not as fancy and new as nearby chemists but when it comes to health that's not what matters.

They are queuing walk in's and appointments together, I had a 730am appointment and was seen at midday after queuing for over four hours. No point in booking at all.

I arrived at the Vaccination centre on Rosendale road, SE21 to be greeted by a very rude lady. The lady before me was shaking and frantically looking through her phone, so I knew something was up. I was next in line to be asked if I had my GP letter to confirm if I was a carer. I replied that the NHS do not ask us to provide a GP letter and only our booking reference confirmation. She told me that I can not be vaccinated without this letter. I asked her to show me where it states I need a letter from my GP on my confirmation email, on the NHS website or in the premises? She replied, You cant be vaccinated, please leave. I demanded to speak to the Lead practitioner as it was clear that they were making up their own rules and I am now suspicious of where all the non used vaccines are going. Ahmed Omar came over to me and stated that they were told that morning that only people with GP Letters could be vaccinated. I took his full name and made a formal complaint to the NHS. I have since then found out that numerous people in my area have been refused vaccinations from Queens Pharmacy and like myself are carers and social workers that have had to re-book and receive their vaccinations from another centre. Today I received a confirmation email from NHS England that I did not need a GP letter and they do not understand why I and others were turned away and to raise this with the centre. hmmm Apart from time being wasted, the fact they are continuing to turn people away raises a big concern for the safety and wellbeing of the people we are trying to protect by trying to get vaccinated in the first place. I truly believe the un-used vaccines that are left over by people that are being turned away are going somewhere else they shouldn't be. I will not rest until this has been investigated.
