   Hesham genuinely saved my life. I’m asthmatic and requested an emergency prescription and he could see i was struggling to breathe. He of course checked all my information prior to handing me my medicine, but its the fact he prioritised my health first and made sure i was okay during the whole process. He was also incredibly quick with helping me get my medicine

The card machine said declined twice but it appeared to have taken money from my account, once I showed him, he returned to me the money I’ve spent.    This review is not for the pharmacy but rather for the vape section which seems to be rented by a separate bussiness. The Vape section is on the left by the entrance. Be careful they might offer you a product way above the market price they are very expensive (in my case I was sold for double the market price!!!), dont buy vape products from here!

   Excellent service and care. Our experience has been outstanding and what made the difference is the added value of care! Last month I was travelling and needed to get a medicine with me and could not find it anywhere ….they managed to find it and they brought it home around midnight!    Worst service ever... I gave them a prescription and one of the ladies (lady 1) said they don't have the medicines. The other, lady 2, said very friendly that unfortunately they don't have it but they can order it, and tomorrow will be ready. Then, Lady 1 interrupted saying that they're not going to order it. Without any explanation, just that. Lady 2 apologised again and kept polite. What was it? I guess the lady 1 didn't want to work. Lazy and rude.
