Awful experience! We had an issue with the washing machine vibrating in the kitchen that they fitted. Everytime we told them they kept on sending back the same kitchen fitters who caused the problem in the first place. The kitchen fitters told them the issue was resolved when it clearly wasn't and we got treated as cranks by Magnet. The issue was finally resolved about nine months and various visits later when a joiner who had recently joined the kitchen fitters realised that the plinth that they put the washing machine on was too short. A longer plinth was put in place and it fixed the issue. This could have been avoided if they had used competent fitters in the first place or sent competent people to investigate the issue.
