Do not recommend, shelves in the tv units all fell apart, the place smells of wet dog and the service was terrible "can I help you?" Like I walked into the wrong club... half a star....
Initially the person to serve me was fine until somebody else interrupted and said "I should be grateful because it was for free". I retorted as a working taxpayer it wasn't. I refused the fridge and wasn't offered a bed unless I took a single size frame. The cooker supplied by them is a retro refurb from the 1980's. The washing is barely adequate and not eco friendly. The carpets however are fine although I had to pay for a proper installation as the council budget does not cover expected work standards. Whilst the staff aren't to blame for budget restrictions they should also understand not all people are going to except underwhelming standards. As things stand I will be replacing their "state of the art" cooker with something better. The washing machine will do a turn but it's not the best for the price really. They can help in a crisis but their soul destroying take it or leave it policy does not fit all.
Friendly and helpful staff that do a great job of recycling and helping the local community in a handy location for the centre of town
Who else helps those with nothing This is a fab service. They comevtakevyourcstuff you no longer want and sell it really cheaply to those trying to build a home from scratch.
Love looking around this place and buying second hand as opposed to new. Well worth a look if you are in need of furniture or white goods

Choices were almost endless I saw so many items I would have taken. Unfortunately I got there on one of the busiest weeks so most sofas and suites were already sold but we're in great condition and all shapes and sizes. Same goes for furniture items etc but I was extremely impressed and I would definitely recommend checking the place out if your furnishing a new home or just need a new couch or chest of drawers. Brilliant store
I have been a customer for a few years. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The prices are good value for the quality of the items. I thoroughly recommend this shop if you need good household appliances on a budget.
