   I highly recommend Parkview Pharmacy in Oakwood. The young gentleman there who gives vaccinations is very professional and empathic. Today he gave my 92 year old mother the flu vaccination. He also did the Covid one recently. He is also a pharmacist and he advised me on suitable medication for my own needs. His kind, friendly, reassuring manner is very much appreciated.

   This pharmacy is terrible. It used to be wonderful but since it changed hands their service is appalling. Mistakes in medication, completely inefficient staff, rude staff and a general lack of interest in caring customer service. My advice would be not to use them and if you do, to be very careful and check your medication thoroughly every time.

   The pharmacy has gone really down hill since change in hands . They do not bother to interact with patients and are not aware of how they present them selves can be very rude and unprofessional . When I went in for my parents prescriptions the staff members were all speaking in different languages and didn’t acknowledge when I walked in .

   This pharmacy offers an extremely professional service in every respect. i have just had my 'Flu vaccination on Monday. ( First Day ) Hiran & Pinky ( Proprietors ) are friendly and dealt with my requirements for some years. One of their Assistants , Hannah, usually deals with me and is a delight !

   After visiting a chemist in Florey square four times to get my prescription and then to be told they dont have my medicine,I took my prescription and went to Parkview pharmacy. I was seen immediately by a very polite and helpful lady and was told to wait 3 to 4 minutes and my medicine will be ready, I waited for less than a minute and my medicine was ready and brought to me where I was sitting. Extremely polite respectful and helpful staff,took my phone number to ring me in future to let me know when my repeat prescription is ready,what a great service.

   Great service.I've booked a PCR fit for travel test and despite I heard from a friend that this swab test is a little bit painfull and unconfortable,no of this occured. The swab samples were taken very carefully and I had the results within 24hrs by email and phone call to confirm the certificates were received.
