   Over baring staff obsessed with not going the right way. I had to return an item and as I wasn't shopping I went straight to the till. There is no sign, no gate nothing telling you otherwise but both the staff member and then manager got very animated about not following arrows, I quickly reminded then it's not covid and if they have security issues may be a no entry gate would help, and whilst discussing this saw several other people and nothing was said. I'll not be back to be treated with such rude and unprofessional staff ivecever had the misfortune of interacting with. Serious training on customer focus and manager needs replacing so so bad

   Unfortunately I bought some blinds here, all fully sealed but, when I got home I discovered none of them had the brackets to mount to the wall inside the box. The staff were nice enough finding replacement fittings and giving a courtesy discount but such as waste of my time. Go elsewhere

   Check your purchases for any necessary fittings before going home. If you don’t, you’ll have to sit on hold to get in touch with stores phone number for 15 mins. Then, when you drive all the way back to the store again to collect the missing fittings, you’ll need to queue for 15 mins and then it will take the sales assistant a further 10 mins to get your fittings. Waste of a Sunday on 2 hours total driving and 45 mins waiting about just to purchase a blind. They did give 20% off as a goodwill gesture, but this doesn’t cover wasting an hour and 45 mins of my time and fuel costs.

   Nice big bright airy shop. Lots of stock and options. Staff are hard to find but helpful once you find one. Parking isn’t great and the spaces are very tight.

   We usually have a good shopping experience at Dunelm. However, our experience yesterday was incredible. One of the employees, Angie, went above and beyond with her customer service. She was extremely helpful with our refunds and made sure our new purchases, especially the plates and bowls, were wrapped safely for the ride back home. She deserves a big raise. I hope she gets notified of this review as well. Angie you were awesome!

   Fantastic shop for all your home furnishings. They have an excellent cushion, curtains and bedding range to list a few. This shop has literally every soft furniture you need and it doesn't cost the earth either.

   First time visiting the shop was looking for a specific size of cushion pad. Which I got. Lots of different cushions sizes colours. Didn't go round the whole store but they looked liked they a good variety of items. There's an upstairs which has curtains and blinds. Friendly staff.

   Bought a Fulton bar and table in February, looked great when built up and a decent price was very pleased. However yesterday my wife had opened a packet of pasta and left the sticky label on the table top ( the type of label you can re seal the pack with, low tac.Went to wipe the table top about an hour later and it completely removed the top layer from the table! Surely the top should be more durable than that?

   A faster, more efficient alternative to IKEA. It's competitive in prices and pretty much has everything you would need. They always have something on sale so you might pick up extra stuff. The staff were active and friendly. Overall, I can't find much to complain about so I'm giving 5 stars.
