   Unfortunately, instead of receiving the support and professionalism one would expect from a healthcare service, I was met with hostility. The lady who answered the phone was extremely unprofessional—she began yelling at me almost immediately, refusing to let me speak or explain the situation. Rather than listening and attempting to resolve my concern, she aggressively dismissed my claim and, in a condescending tone, essentially called me a liar for stating that Co-Codamol had been prescribed to my mother just the day before. Such behavior is not only inappropriate, but deeply concerning—especially considering that pharmacies often deal with ill and vulnerable individuals who should be treated with empathy and respect. It was only when the manager took over the call that the issue was handled efficiently and professionally. I urge you to address this matter seriously. Staff interacting with the public should maintain a high standard of professionalism and care at all times. No one seeking assistance, especially in relation to health matters, should be subjected to such treatment. Thank you for your time, and I hope steps will be taken to ensure no other patient or caregiver has to go through a similar experience.

   Friday afternoon i went to the pharmacy at 6:00pm and they turned me away saying that they were closed when on the online website says that they close at 6:30pm… 3 of them were getting ready to exit at 5:55 one of them was coming out the pharmacy with his bike. If you have places to be fix the time schedule dont be wasting peoples times

   Why can they never get it right! Time after time they say they don't have your prescription but when you say doctors have put it through they suddenly "refresh the system " and it's there. Always have to check you have all items or you get home and only half the prescriptions there. I honestly give up with this chemist

   Generally good service and the team are great. Although the older lady with glasses has awful customer service skills. I have called five times to find if my prescription is ready and she says 'no nothing here' call the doctors - he sent it through so it should ve there yet she still says no. If you ask her to refresh it she shouts over you and refuses point blank. Better off going there as she is always the same. Ive heard she does it to loads of people. Nasty

   This is the second time I have to wait almost 30 minutes to collect my medication. My medication is ready and there is no pharmacist at the pharmacy present and the rest of the staff s are not allow to handover my medication.This is the second time. Not only me, there are other people waiting for their medication as well. Your pharmacy has no respect for our time. I will be changing the pharmacy and I would not recommend your pharmacy to anyone.

   Main pharmacist is so rude. No customer service skills. Shouted at the patient and even lied that she requested the prescription from the GP and she isn't that helpful. Upon going to GP, pharmacist didnt actually request any for a matter of days already. Totally disappointed!

   Avoid! Used to be such a great chemist but for the past few months its totally gone down hill unfortunately. Rude counter staff who don't say thank you and don't even know or understand the products you're asking for, just standing chatting together in their own language, so rude. Also they never have any prescriptions in, they always have to order them in, and then they forget or log it in wrong saying someone's picked it up when they haven't! That accusation has happened twice now. Have been with them for years but I will be taking my business elsewhere now. NOT RECOMMEND.

   Very friendly staff. They collect our prescriptions and all ready to collect. The telephone is answered promptly. Going to miss all of your friendly smile and little chat as we are moving our home. Big thanks to all of you for your 5 star service.
