   If I could give less than 1, I would here. 3 of them standing behind the counter, none answering phone. Lost insulin last night, called 111 at 8am, they sent immediate prescription to Wilkes who STILL haven't called me to collect (Midday!!) so I'll have to walk again, with extremely high sugar, also leaving my Dad alone AGAIN probably to get "we're still waiting for Pharmacist to finish private appointment FFS. Furious

   My family have used this pharmacy for almost 60 years. However, recent visits have been disappointing. On my most recent visit, I was made to wait ages, just to say I had come to pick up my medication. I then had to wait ages more whilst others came in for the same purpose, but we're served before me. No apology was received for the long wait and I was made to feel as if I was being deliberately ignored.

   Poor customer service, I only wanted some painkillers, was made to wait for a "consultation", and ignored in the meantime. The person who served us ignored what I was saying while only talking to my husband. I would like to think it was not because I am a woman but it did feel that way unfortunately.

   A really lovely pharmacist. Helpful , friendly and knows his stuff . Helped me sort out a repeat prescription when I was out of the area dealing with a crisis to ensure I didn’t run out . All staff have always been really friendly when I pick up my repeat prescription which is always ready .

   Awful customers service. The man behind the counter obviously thinks he's better than everyone else. He needs to go on a customer service course. Avoid.

   I had to make several trips to pick up a repeat prescription, but the pharmacist stated the meds were not there and the surgery saying i could go collect ? On the day the meds arrived i was told by the pharmacist I did not have a repeat prescription. I tried to discuss this with him as he seemed to be the person in charge and could clearly see my records if he wished to clarify- but he completely dismissed what I was saying, speaking loudly in front of other customers. The whole episode was insulting on top of being unwell and taking time to make unnecessary trips. I will be changing my pharmacy. I would not recommend anyone umwell going there.
