Easily the worst pharmacy I've ever came across after 10+ years in the field. Service and waiting times are appalling and medicine is never in stock
This must be by far the worst service I’ve ever had to experience as a customer in my whole life, The lady working here is not only very slow and extremely rude but also blunt and unprofessional, I will immediately change to a different pharmacy and advise all my friends to do the same
I am actually saddened to write this. I had to wait 55 minutes for medication for my toddler. They need more staff. It’s not fair on the staff. It’s not fair on the customers. I witnessed them get verbally abused by every other customer due to the looooong wait. They remained very calm. I can understand the frustration on both sides. However People need their medication and THEY NEED MORE STAFF!!!
The slowest customer service I have ever experienced from a pharmacy. Wasn’t busy at all and they move at the pace of a snail. Not able to follow clear directions as instructed by dr. Waiter for over 30 mins just to collect a prescription. Will never come here again. Honestly
Probably the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. The first day I went I had to come back three times before they were able to fulfil my prescription. They were only able to give me a small part of it. I came back the next working day and they still didn't have all of my prescription, but weren't able to tell me when it would be available.
If I could give a zero I would. No matter how many days you give it to collect your prescription you still have to wait . Its never ready. I'm waiting now for half hour and still waiting. These people have a tendency to send people off to shop and come back which is very rude. We don't even have money sometimes to buy a sweet much more to go off shopping. I will definitely be changing where I collect my prescription. The pharmacy assistant never have a smile on her face the manager is even worst. She looked you over her glasses like Nanny Mcvee
In a quiet day, I was asked to wait 20 minutes for the most straightforward prescription. What was even worse was, when I said I was in a hurry, the assistant was rude and ignorant enough to say she could not do "magic". How about "I am sorry but can't get it sooner"? Too much customer service skills to ask? I got my prescription prepared around the corner in 2 minutes, with an extra friendly attitude and smile added for free.
Mostly great. Big car park with free parking for 3 hours. overpriced meat I think. otherwise nice big store, decent prices, good staff, good deli counters and bakery. Very convenient for local area
