I went to this Pharmacy two days ago on Saturday to pick up medication for my Partner. The prescription was sent in a week ago at that time and every other Pharmacy has just ordered in the medication directly so that it can just be picked up. I was told that they didn't even download the prescription because they couldn't download it, if the patient does not come in to say it should be downloaded. That's a first. I was told that the medication has to be ordered in and would be available by Monday. I told them, that my Partner and I assumed that the medication was available but I will let her (my partner) know to pick it up on Monday. My Partner just went in the Pharmacy about 45 Minutes ago and was told, that the medication was in fact NOT ordered in, because apparently I did not use the words: "(Please) Order it in". My Partner is on her last tablet tomorrow morning. So she went and told the pharmacist to print out the prescription, to which the pharmacist replied "Oh no, you are here now, so we have your consent to order it in and you can pick it up tomorrow." She cannot pick it up as we are both working. Then the pharmacist told my partner they can email it to a different pharmacy to which my partner replied "No, print it out." Only after she pressed on printing the prescription, was she able to get it and go to two different pharmacies, Boots and Superdrug. And one of them was able to provide the medication. The non existing service and sheer negligence is appalling and shocking to say the least. Even though this pharmacy might be convenient to walk to, compared to Boots or Superdrug at the Whitgift Center, it has to be avoided at all costs. I also have reported this behaviour to the NHS/GPhC about this.

Shocking service. I rung ahead of time to find out if the pharmacy covered particularly service, they said they did. I asked what time the closed, they said 6.30. At no time they explained that the service would require sufficient time to measure blood pressure and therefore need to arrive in advance. Rushed from work to get the medication, only to be told it can't be done as pharmacist already left. The gentlemen working there said he didn't need to tell me all the details and it's my fault for being late... Something to be said for good customer care. Please avoid.

I was very pleased when my mother bought the Otex Olive Oil Ear Drops for me when she arrived af Osborn Pharmacy whilst I was enjoying my Coffee and Toasted Sandwiches at Costa Coffee in East Croydon last month.

1st encounter I'll put off to they were having a tough day. Now 2nd time they are not too good on main aspects. Making one feel welcomed AND pharmacist with an unhelpful attitude. When I saw 2 stars from others I felt vindicated. What with the competion for customers in this economic climate one would think these would be addressed in ref to customer service and them seeking loyalty. Do they think they're the only game in town. Get better service from chains which is shocking. Oh well. Cross them off and spread the word to fellow consumers.

Iβve visited this pharmacy a few times to pick up prescriptions, and itβs always an absolute mess. Staff blatantly ignore you when you first walk in and you almost have to beg to be seen. Waiting times are often ridiculously long. And every single time I have had to ask them to triple check their system because they claim they have no record of my prescriptions (which have in fact been sent over from my GP) which they eventually find in the end, after much scrambling. Avoid if you can.

Sadly have to share my experience here after not having a single positive one for the last 9 months. Expect them to ask you to publicly announce the medications you are there to collect, then wait 30 minutes to receive your prescriptions, only to be told they don't have the majority of the medications. Sadly will have to be choosing an alternative pharmacy as it seems they appear to be grossly unorganised and unprofessional.

Rude, unprofessional, unreliable and arrogant. They made a mistake with the prescription but intead of apologizing they blame me and tried to discredit me in front of other customers. I have been a customer for many years...when customer service and services were excellent. I always supported local shops but after this episode and many others I will not be returning...Going to Boots!

I went to this chemist with extremely severe toothache. I was sold some painkillers and was told they would solve the problem. The pills have no effect and indeed my pain became worse so this morning I went back to the chemist to complain that I had had no real pain relief. Attitude and service was a disgrace. It appears that the staff could not care less and basically all they want is your money. The fact that the chemist would not refund my money is secondary to the fact that people in the medical profession should care about their customers and not treat them with such contempt. If you have toothache please do yourself a favour do not use this chemist.

I went to this pharmacy to buy the morning after pill and I was served by Yamini, she asked me very private questions quite loudly in front of two customers and two of the male staff members. I felt very uncomfortable. I then spoke to manger to ask if this is the normal procedure he said yes. I said this is very private and these questions should given to the customer on a piece of paper. Yamini didn't give me my receipt and the manger nor Yamini when I voiced that I felt Yamini was very rude and not apolitical for the bad customer service. They pocked to talk about me while I was leaving the shop. I will never go back to that shop again.
