   Very rude staff. Bought here a while ago and the staff were condescending when trying to get you to buy their shoe protection. Then today went in for a look and my other shopping bag set off the door before I even stepped foot in and they had the rudeness to search my shopping as if that's anything to do with the store? I was hesitant but gave her the bag to apparently take off the tag on one of the items. I literally had my receipt in the bag. I did have a look but didn't purchase anything as she put me off. Red haired girl with glasses. Whoever it is needs training in customer service. And this is coming from someone who has worked CS for years. Don't be pushy with people's personal items when they haven't even stepped foot in the store.

   Laura helped my mother to find the right pair of shoes she was very happy with them. She spent ages talking to us and fussed over mum, she gave me some great information about the right shoes for myself even though I didn't make a purchase. Mum got a great value buy, a backpack and she gave us a free gift because we made a particular purchase in the store, she coated my mum's shoes for 2.50 and we had a really good time in there. Mum says she will definitely go back to the shop. I will go back too!

   This shoe shop inside Braehead Shopping centre sells a lot of the leading brands of trainers including Nike and Adidas, but I thought this was a budget retailer but it didn't seem particularly cheap to me. It also sells all types of other footwear items for men, women and children, including boots and dress shoes.
