Not funny , they canβt even give me what I ask them. The staff in this shop are disrespectful , ask them for a different size of cloth and they give me something completely different. Very disrespectful, the staff in this shop are very unpleasant human beings and they should get a life

Returned after purchasing a pair of shoes costing Β£100 a week later (deadline is 20 days so it was perfectly acceptable) just to find out we needed the box the shoes came in as well as the shoes and the receipt in order to receive a refund. I had the shoes and the receipt, but on the day I had purchased the shoes the assistant had not mentioned anything about having to keep the box with the shoes and kept it very silent. Will not be returning here ever, just go to Sports Direct which is a 30 second walk from there for better quality, selection and service.

Don't buy any of their CREP items that they deliberately pitch to you when your buying your shoes unless you know you want it, any items they try and hard sell you from CREP are ALL NON RETURNABLE! They deliberately don't tell you this part as well when you're getting the hard sell. I got hard sold the CREP guards which I've since found out are uncomfortable and useless. I asked for the CREP foam cleaner and the sales person handed me the wrong bottle, I instead got the CREP rain and stain guard which I already have a tin of at home. I tried to return the CREP guard and exchange the rain and stain guard for the foam cleaner and only then was told that none of the CREP items are returnable, even for an exchange for the rain and stain guard for the foam cleaner, even that wasn't allowed! How can this be the case?! I'm stuck with Β£25 of things I don't want and they didn't mention any of this when they were hard selling this garbage when I was simply buying my shoes! I've complained to head office so I'll see what they say but they shouldn't by trying to hard sell they stupid CREP guards that only hurt your feet and should tell you at the time that all CREP items are non returnable under any circumstances. Won't be returning here.

It's not bad they got decent trainers on display, but ask and they either have limited or not at all in stock. Plus they only have the expensive things in the shop, nothing at a reasonable price.

Good selection of overpriced trainers! Even the sale prices are extortionate! Plus the interior of the store is quite dark, and disorientating due to all the mirrors and fluorescent lighting! It was like trying to buy a pair of shoes at a scarey walk through ghost train at the funfair!

Service is dreadful. Staff wandering around shop avoiding customer eye contact having personal conversations as one poor young girl left on pos while queue builds up to more than the checkout tape runs. Several staff go behind counter but avoid customers. 6 POS and only one on despite the queue building up. How do stores in a troubled economy expect to survive when customers left waiting longer than the time taken to write this review, waited longer than 10minutes.

The service wasn't great. The young girl serving couldn't find a tag to scan on the t-shirt I was buying and asked me to go and find a t-shirt with a tag on it for her (which I did) she wasn't very helpful. The selection of clothes was average. I probably wouldn't shop in this branch again.

Footasylum in Braehead doesn't just sell shoes, it also has a decent line in designer branded clothing, including jeans, t-shirts. Jackets and jumpers. It sells mens, womens and kids. They are advertising 50% sale at the moment, however I didn't see very much of this although their range of products is good, so a little disappointed really.
