   Great service and advice from this pharmacy when getting our Covid vaccinations. The pharmacist administering the jab and the others behind the counter were all friendly and helpful. We will go there again next time.

   Used to be a great pharmacy, but may have changed owners in the last 5 years or so. Staff are rude, could not provide full medication, so they gave iou.... admittedly I had left it a few months due to not being well. Just to point out they had my details and could have called me to remind me, but obviously thats beyond them. When I did make it into the shop, was told it was too late and that was it, also to point out it does not state anywhere that there is a time limit. Will report now to trading standards as this is actually theft. I had paid for the prescription, but basically this pharmacy is a rougue one, clearly they are there to steal from patients. Awful pharmacy avoid at all costs. Better to go to boots or another pharmacy in balham. Also shows why they have such a poor rating on Google, if they continue treating customer/ patients in this way.

   Service is sometimes good and sometimes not so good depending on who serves you. Usually they good with getting my prescription ready however make sure to check it while you are there as a few times I haven't received all of my medication.

   Very rude staff unlike I’ve seen anywhere. Gossiping about patients in front of others is really unprofessional and a violation of privacy. Shocking.

   Not sure what all the negative reviews are about, I’ve been using the pharmacy for over a year and a half now for regular prescriptions and ad hoc medicine purchases and I never experienced any issues. The staff is always kind and so far all medication was available within a day of the prescription getting issued.

   Really bad customer service didn’t even bother to apologise after they handed me a repeat prescription of a brand that I am allergic too even though it is clearly stating on their system that I shouldn’t take any other brand of the medicine except one particular brand. They still keep sending me the brand that I shouldn’t take . Now enough is enough time to change other pharmacies

   The person behind the counter didn’t even bother to look up when talking to me. After I asked for my medication, she continued clicking on her phone for a minute before turning around and trying to find it for a couple minutes, obviously no idea what she was looking for, then just told me to come back later when the chemist was in. Save yourself the trouble and just go to one of the other chemists nearby, this place couldn’t care less about customers.

   The service here is honestly terrible. The staff are rude and always have a bad attitude. Every time I've gone in for my prescriptions they never have it even though the doctor has sent it across electronically, plus I'm on repeat prescriptions and they NEVER have my medication ready. After an appointment when the doctor sent the prescription to them, I went in and they told me they didn't have it rudely and tried to send me away. I have really bad anxiety along with depression and they could've just looked at my prescription history and put 2 and 2 together. So I called the doctors surgery right in front of them, and when I gave them the phone to speak to them they literally jumped into action and gave me my medication. They were trying to send me away and expected me to go cold turkey from my anti-depressants. Can never get my name right, and are not good about being discreet with sensitive information, all round just a terrible pharmacy since the new management.
