   I can’t say enough good things about Davis Chemist. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by friendly, familiar faces who truly care about their customers. The staff take the time to listen, explain medications clearly, and make sure you feel comfortable and confident before you leave. Nothing ever feels rushed, and no question is treated as unimportant. What really sets Davis Chemist apart is the personal touch — they remember you, they follow up, and they go out of their way to help when you need it most.    Always willing to help, Very prompt with requests... I have other options as for a local chemist but, I choose to stay with Davis as staff are so polite, super attentive and willing to go the extra mile, going above and beyond. Highly recommended.

   I've been using this chemist for a while for my repeat prescriptions , mainly because its my local chemist , it was previously run by a chemist who actually cared about their customers and always made time to give people advise when asked for , since the new management have taken over they have this way of making you feel like your an inconvenience and you'll be lucky to get a smile out of the chemist, we've gone from being customers to pound signs , my recent experience was that I called the chemist but was told that my repeat prescription hadn't arrived as planned so because I was travelling early Monday morning for work I asked for an emergency supply of tablets until my prescription arrived then when I got back later that week he could take back what he'd already given me I have a pre payment certificate and I even offered to pay for the tablets but his only advise was no he couldn't and I would have to call 111 or go to A&E . (Great customer service ) he didn't even have the decency to get on the phone himself he was talking through the very helpful lady behind the counter who I could tell felt very awkward and was very apologetic what a coward . I will never go there again I'll just use my local sainsburys. The 2 stars I gave was for the lady behind the counter thats it .

   This used to be run by a fantastic pharmacist who I trusted more than my doctor. Helpful, knowledgeable and always willing to give his time. Since it was taken over a while ago I've been back many many times, and on every occasion I have found all the staff rude, cold and unhelpful. The attitude seems to be that the clientele is disturbing their day. It's so convenient for where we live but that's no longer going to be a factor after my latest visit. I'd rather go to Sainsbury's.
