Pharmacist saved my day this morning. Required drugs for an upcoming procedure and they didn’t arrive in time for the start date. My gp couldn’t help. I had all the paperwork but not a formal prescription. The pharmacist was able to connect with a private prescription issuer on my behalf and issue the drugs in less than 10 minutes (for a private prescription charge but I was willing to do this to get the drugs I needed in time!). I am just so grateful!! Thank you!!!

Only used for covid jab, the jab itself was professionally given, the staff in the pharmacy not professional. I had an appointment booked with reference. Was told there were no appointments only queue. I queue for 20 mins and when I get to the front I am told another person is in front of me. I asked why. Was told he was there before me ?? Hadn't seen this person in the 20 mins I was queuing. Since staff are able to lie to me in my face I wouldn't trust their advice.
Very well organised for Covid and ’flu jabs. Additionally they take great care to make their good chair queuing system easy for those of us less mobile.
